I can’t express how great Bradshaw mountain has been to me and my baby. He has had a large growth on his leg removed and dental work twice. They are very kind and caring. I will never take my baby anywhere else so blessed to have found a vet like this.

Yogi needs surgery. He has a high risk heart murmur. He was seen March 22,2024. They took xrays and bloodwork. Dr. Walker, said he would do surgery ,and to schedule it with staff up front. Rude up front staff. They just said he was scheduled out until June ?and they'd put me on waiting list
...( why the blood work then for $239.00) ?
Well it is June 4th. Have prayed and prayed for my Yogi to be in good hands.I take him in and a very condescension Heather is speaking to me. I am a RETIRED RN of 30yrs.,WITH three DEGREES! They want to take blood again!! WHY!! Oh because he only accepts bloodwork up to one month away. AGAIN...? MORE MONEY...YOGI'S first tests were good.
Then she tells me Yogi needs his rabies---(not due until 10/23/25, doesn't need another parvo until 10/17/24.
because they don't accept my giving my dog, his injections of parvo. I keep a close eye on his injections. I have everything charted! Once I raised my voice to this Heather and told her I was a nurse and to not talk condescendingly to me. She became quieter at least.
Dr. Walker, I hope you see these BAD reviews about your staff and you don't need money this bad. I am sorry, but if I see something wrong, I say something.
Elizabeth Poplawski; RN;AA;BSN...?
NOW you have my precious Yogi and I don't know if he is safe...Lord help him.

Have been taking my 5# Chihuahua to BMAH for over 5-years and leave this morning's yearly exam disappointed. As indicated in other reviews, dental x-rays, cleaning, and, possibly, tooth extraction were seriously suggested by the "new" veterinarian (I had not met her previously)... all based upon the presence of surface discoloration on back teeth. Once the Vet left, the tech explained the potential cost of the proceedure would likely be on the high end of the $500 to $900 range, but would be finally determined after x-rays and a more thorough exam were performed. The procedures include the x-rays, cleaning, extraction (emphasized by the Vet as likely), and the accompanying anesthetics and post operative care... and the waiting list would push the visit into August (their up-sell must be quite lucrative!). The general exam was not even thorough, the Vet did not even attempt to examine the anal glands or area to see if expressing them would be required. $75 for a drive-by exam by the vet, the majority of the time being spent trying to up-sell me on the dental work. BUYER BEWARE!

One of the last privately owned Vets in town, from Vet to assistants to staff. These folks are great. Ty Bradshaw team.

I took my rescued norfolk in to see Dr. Walker. Bld. Work and xrays done for$583.00 and office visit, also a couple of meds. Yogi needs teeth extracted and a fatty tumor removed . Need is ASAP. DR. WALKER said to go schedule with the staff. Came across Tammy. Told me they'd put me on a waiting listfor April or May. Called today and now it is into June. I wish I could just talk to Dr. Walker again. Yogi has a bad heart also and he was willing to take a chance. What a let down. Yogi doesn't want to chew his food because of his teeth. Why I took him there in the first place! Betsy Poplawski

They literally lie about what you are going to be charged. And then charge you much more. Do not go to this business.

We had to put down our elderly cat and the staff here were wonderful! They made sure our cat was comfortable and well cared for. They were very compassionate and sent us a beautiful sympathy card that they all signed.
