Allstate started out great carrying my auto and home policy which I was very happy with last year. But when there was a life changing situation in my life I reached out to an Allstate agent and completely explained my situation. FYI...The situation was a domestic violent issue. After explaining my entire story tge agent sounded very understanding and changed my policy. I was very happy with the sevices UNTIL A collections department reached out to me stating I owed Allstate money for a policy that went into default. First of all, I had no idea a policy could go into default, must less sent me to collections. Needless to say this really hurt me when i was trying to get my life back together. I went straight to the Allstate office to ask why this happened and the agent went into his database and stated he could not find my name or my policy. I provided him with the policy number bit again he stated he couldn't find me. I then called the customer service line and went over my whole story again. The agent on the line stated she found the problem and that it was sent to collections by mistake and that they would fix the problem right away. That never happened. Til this day the collection calls still are coming. I give up on Allstate and will change my provider once the policy is up in January. Building your credit is a long and slowprocess. Allstate has sure made my progress a little more harder.

Always keeps in touch with you, always lets you know what is going on, and Always has different promotions and fun events. I live an hour away and seldom get a chance to go in and see them, but they keep me in the loop constantly with emails and such. Love this company

When the Allstate broker we started with closed up shop, we were transferred to Binkley & Associates. We could not be happier! They gave us a thorough review of our policy portfolio and made some adjustments to ensure we had the best insurance for our needs - we never felt sure with the previous broker. We've not had a claim yet (knock on wood), but hope that process is smooth, as well.

I have dealt with Audrey on several occasions. After 2 months, I still do not have a copy of our homeowners policy. I was only provided with "samples". After cancelling a vehicle nearly 3 weeks ago, and requesting a refund, still nothing. A call to corporate was even less stellar. Seems like customer service is an after thought, but allstate is still taking payments for policies. Have been a customer for many years, but appears that a change is in the future. Have spoken with Ms. Binkley in the past, and assured our policy is enviable as no depreciation is taken. Well, after reviewing the 'sample' policies and endorsements, that's an outright misstatement.
