“Stopped in at Kirby’s to see if I could get my Yukon in for some maintenance and repairs. To my surprise they were able to fit us in and get the job done right away. I was well pleased! Then I came back to have some other things done that had been on the back burner for awhile. Again, they did a great job and got it done on time.

“Recently had my 2017 VW Jetta in for the second time for a rear bumper replacement due to getting hit by a concrete truck (first time I was in was because I nearly totaled my car by hitting a coyote). Pros Touch did a great job on my car both times. They stayed past closing to get me my car when I needed it too. I appreciate your service, thank you. Hopefully I won’t have to have my car repaired again, but if I do I know where I’m going.”

Another company whose name rhymes with Flashlight sent people to my house six times over 91 days, always with the wrong part. I received just as many calls from their corporate office with excuses as to why they kept messing up. In the end, they slapped in and ill fitting window - you could see daylight Between the body and the seal! There is a shower of water coming through that window, which ended up causing rust damage to my vehicles in interior!
But Adventure Auto Glass swooped in with an honest assessment of the situation, got the window I needed, and installed it perfectly within 10 days!
Never again will use anyone other than Adventure Auto Glass!”
“Eli and Mark are awesome! I moved to the area 8 years ago and brought two old vehicles. I was referred to them by a coworker who had two older cars as well. They have kept them running really well. My 97 Honda and my 2013 Subaru have over 400,000 miles combined! They saved me so much money because having to buy a new car is so expensive and I have 3 kids so money is always tight. They are always booked out quite a bit so don't think you can walk in there and demand them to drop everythingto take care of you. Be kind and patient and they will take care of your car and they stand behind their work. Sometimes, parts can be hard to get, especially since Covid. The hardest part about writing this is if they get any more customers it means it will be harder to get my cars in. Couldn't be happier with them and their service!”

“This shop saved me $2,000 on fixing my air conditioner. Dan went in and fixed what Pep Boys did at $422, which was wrong. Pep Boys pumped in Freon which it actually DID NOT need.. Dan pumped out the overfilled Freon and it was cool again. I walked out crying with appreciation with Dan’s expert experience. I will go no where else for my car repairs. “I had a great experience with Prescott Valley Auto Glass on Thursday. I was in town visiting family and had a rock fly up and hit my windshield. I called a few places and no one answered, but when I called PV Autoglass, I spoke to Kaitlin and she got me scheduled in right away. Ryan replaced my windshield and he was super professional and knowledgeable about glass. The customer service was 10/10 and I even got a little duck toy that my dog, Banksy, has been playing with all day. I would highly recommend this company and I love that they are family owned as well!”

“I became involved with this garage due to a court case. The owner, and I were put into a situation neither of us were responsible for.
I will say a little compassion and patience on my behalf would have been very much appreciated, but by the time I was thrown into the situation the frustration level at the garage was very high. Understandably so, but again, not my doing. I was honest, I dealt with the situation the best I could and got a lot of pressure, and threats the vehicle would be sold from under me.
To be fair, I have to say that the price I paid for storage for someone else who abandoned the vehicle at the garage could have been much higher, so I thank Jerry and Elaine for at least that much. As far as workmanship, the vehicle was not running when taken there, but seems to run fine now. So I will give that credit as well.”
