Nanette noticed right away that we were not benefitting as much as we could be from our savings and took the steps to make the most of our money. Her follow up is to be commended. When you walk into this branch it is nice to be greeted with a smile. Angel was also able to step up and get us exactly what we needed on very short notice. “This location has gone from a single star to a FIVE star rating. Visiting the branch is an entirely new & pleasant experience. The lobby staff are super helpful & friendly. The Assistant.Manager & Relationship Manager are attentive and very helpful. I had strongly considered leaving BofA because of prior bad experiences, but now I'm interested in staying as a result of their great customer service. Well done BofA!!”
