Today, while replacing my tires elsewhere, I was very interested to learn that the last “new” tires I purchased from Alvarez were patched, not new at all. Absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I would never return here and will spread the news far and wide that Alvarez lies to and scams their customers.

Alvarez tire in Prescott valley is a rip of. They quote you a price for a certain tire 60k then they put on a 50k tire that they said matches the quote price. Stay away from them. Bad bad business one Star only because Google wouldn't let me post no stars

Responsive, helpful, patient, kind, reasonable, personable. The folks at Alvarez Tire in PV are incredible. The work they provide is always done well and their customer service is admirable.

Alvarez has come to my rescue several times over the past few years but most recently I had a large piece of metal puncture a tire to the point of no repair (luckily it was time for new tires anyway, I guess). My husband called up and spoke with Phil, who was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to get the tires I wanted ordered for the following morning. In the morning, there they were, and Phil had me in and out in about an hour, I am so thankful! Great service!

This place is awesome. Came here two times for tires and they’ve always got what we need. I literally got that last used tire for my car today. They’re all so friendly too, not to mention cheap. Again love this place!!

Great experience every time. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful, very fair, very prompt. They were able to get my favorite tire that others said were not available. Last time I had a (free) flat repair they got me in and out so quick I didn't have time finish checking my email! :)

Amazing staff! Amazing people!
I called (not knowing anything about tires) or what mine were. They walked me through what kind of tires I had and what I needed, how to look the whole 9! And they were super nice about it too not condescending at all. (Which they totally could have been given the opportunity) told me they had the tires I needed and would hold them for me tell the next day when I could get down there.
Another time I took my 1990 Van in because my spare tire was stuff on the back, they got it all off for me, even put the spare tire on for me and didn’t charge me! (I was 8 months pregnant) so it was extremely nice!
10/10 recommend!!!!

These guys know tires and how to treat customers. It is pretty busy .Trust me, it is worth the wait.
