I have been doing business with these people for about a year now. I was able to make some very good deals on furniture when I picked it up in person. Delivery on the other hand was a complete screw up. They delivered sub standard furniture. I was able to return said furniture. Then I sought a replacement set. I paid an additional 1000.00 for a new set and set up delivery for the following week. The new furniture was delivered minus one night stand that they neglected to bring. I called immediately and spoke with Kimberly. I told her the problem and she acted completely put out by the situation. She didn't apologize and acted as if I shouldn't be upset because it was a mistake. At this point I had invested two separate days and was working around clients in order to get them needed bedroom furniture. Kimberly then said that they would set up for delivery later that week. Well, three phone calls and two broken promises for delivery that same week later, no furniture. I had to call the following week on Monday to try and get an answer as to the delivery. Kimberly attempted to say that correspondence was delayed on her phone and that she had just received a text that I has sent two weeks prior and made up some crazy story that she was under the impression that I wanted to come out and view the furniture before it was delivered. Long story but I made multiple trips to the store to remedy the situation and had multiple correspondence with Kimberly one of the owners, just to get the run around and a bullshit story and attitude. I spent at least 10k in their store to be treated very poorly. I will never do business with this company again.

We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, but no one was there. Another couple arrived behind us and left, too. Hard to sell furniture if the doors are locked.

They have Ashley furniture at reduced prices, and you can opt to have their delivery people haul away your old furniture. Very helpful and friendly small business. Could not be happier.

An amazing small business. We found Ashley furniture at reduced prices, and their movers can haul away your old furniture. Bought a very comfortable and stylish recliner and recliner loveseat set. Kimberly and Karina are super helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. The store offers several financing options, namely Synchrony credit, lease-to-own, and the ability to reserve furniture (by making a down payment). Since I don't live in Prescott Valley, I found out about them through their listings on Craigslist. It seems Kimberly also owns the nearby Mattress and Furniture Gallery.

I always buy stuff from these guys. I always get treated well by the staff and they are pretty reasonably priced.I wouldn’t buy furniture from anywhere else.

After cancelling our order with Ashley because they wouldn't/couldn't deliver on time, we went to Affordable. What a pleasant surprise! We dealt with Kimberly who located the bunk bed we wanted, verified it was in stock, and arranged to have it delivered on the day we wanted it. On delivery day, Clay showed up on time and began assembly and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. He cleaned up all the packaging and hauled it away in his truck. While all this sounds routine it is one of the few purchases we've made in the past couple years that didn't involve excuses due to covid, weather, parts shortages, supplier shortages, labor shortages, etc. We were so pleased with the bunk bed purchase, we will be going back to Affordable when we are looking for new living room furniture.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING FROM THEM. Because I've Been waiting on response since October/2020, I made a claim about my dinning table and chairs because it is under warranty and everytime I go to find an answer they are like " Blanca is not here " and when FINALLY get a hold of Blanca she is " let me find out, what Dave says and I will give you a call. " I asked in a nice manner to get this resolved and they just keep going in circles and no answer from any of them.

Worst service ever went in asked that they match a price on the same price of furniture and said yes then went up to pay for it they changed there mind and said nope we can't do that anymore. We just agreed on a price and now you say you can't do it that's pretty crappy. So we went over to jack furniture just up the road and they took care of us. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an Ashley Power Recliner on June 22, 2020. On September 10, 2020 I made my first call to Affordable Fine Furniture to inform them the recliner was not working. On 9/15 they sent someone to look at it, he thought the motor was fine but that it was probably the transformer and would be back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. I waited an extra day before calling and left 2 messages. No return call. I called again on 9/18 and the owner, repairman, and sales associate just happen to be discussing the chair, the sales associate said they were talking about picking the chair up and would call me right back. Guess what? That’s right, No return call. I called again on 9/21 and 9/22. On 9/22 the sales associate said she would be sure the manager called me. Guess what? That’s right No return call!!! I bought a couch there last year and am very happy with it but apparently this company is more interested in the sale then their clientele or repeat business. As I mentioned at the start of this post BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was looking for an adjustable bed. They were so great to work with and they took their time to show me different styles. The delivery was so smooth and they set it up for me. I am so happy with my choice and will go back if I need anything else.

I was driving by and decided to stop and see about getting a mattress. When I walked in the door, the salesperson was playing on the phone with her daughter. I went to the back where bedroom sets were. Salesperson finally came back to see if she could help me. I told her I was looking for a mattress. She suggested I just lay down on each of them to decide which one I wanted. So I did. I Found that I liked. It was on sale for $1049. She said I could get the floor Model for 50% off. I asked her if it was 50% of the sales price. She said yes. I told I would think about it and come back the next day. The next day when I went back to buy the mattress she wasn't there. I talked to a different sales person who said there's no way I could get the floor model matress for 50% of the sales price. She called the owner. The owner said he paid more than 500 for the mattress and wasn't gonna honor his salespersons deal and didnt care what his fiance (salesperson) said the day before. She didnt have the authirity to offer floor model at 50% discount.Lesson learned. Unless you talk directly to owner dont try to make a deal with salesperson, especially owners fiance. And dont believe offers accepted by sales person. Tha place has no morals.
