I visited here today to pick up some parts for a refrigerator. The store is laid out well and efficiently. Misty(?) was as helpful at the parts counter as she was over the phone. It is great to find what you need in PV as opposed to driving a great distance or waiting for an order to arrive.

We have been working with Gonsalo. He was awesome. He answered all of our questions. No pressure. We did buy a unit, but in OUR time, not because of pressure. I really appreciate that! We will pick it up in a few days, and we'll see how that prices goes! So far, I'm a fan!

Edit: Well we now bought our second RV here, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The crew has been terrific and eager to help.
We had an amazing experience and highly recommend buying an RV here. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mark and Kaye were wonderful and more than happy to answer all our questions.

Been waiting weeks, no response or update. Called and left the service manager a voice mail yesterday, still no response... All details are too long to post and I don't have the energy: I don't recommend the service dept.
Edit: Called Tim again today due to no updates. No surprise, no answer. Receptionist (Beth, If I'm not mistaken) was extremely awkward taking my number, she didn't like my attitude or advice on repeating the numbers as she wrote them, so she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. This place is something else...
Second Edit: Finally got the warranty work done here, and it was of decent quality. Have returned some months later, and they don't respond to e-mail request- call if you want something done. Honestly, I just fixed it myself as I won't be back here. Good luck!

Purchased my new fifth wheel from Gonzo. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not hard sell at all. I went there a year ago to look, and advised at the time that it would be a year before purchase, but when I did he would be the one. Well it happened. Keep up the great work Gonzo.

We did alot of research before purchasing our RV. Out of all the dealerships we visited we were always drawn back to Blue Compass in Prescott Valley. We just completed our purchase and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone we came in contact with was very knowledgeable, helpful and and friendly. Gonzo, Ken, James, Debbie, Josh, Penny and Rob were awesome! Thank you!

Don't trust this company to work on your RV. Took our trailer in about a month ago as we were getting ready to go on a big trip. Paid them to re-pack the bearings, fix the brakes and check everything out on our toy hauler before we left. They had the tires off and the hubs and brakes completely taken apart and didn't mention that our equalizers were almost completely worn out. Barely avoided a catastrophic failure on our trip. Luckily we encountered a RV mechanic who noticed it or I'm sure things would have ended very badly.

I was headed to Ash fork Arizona from San Diego, California and had some brake and wheel issues on my flatbed trailer. Googled for somewhere to take the trailer and Blue compass RV was the first thing to pop up. They took care of me and found a place that would help me to get a new hub for my trailer. I highly recommend them. I was back on the road within 2 hours.

My lithium battery went into sleep mode while I was out of town. Stopped in to ask if they could place the battery on a high output charger to wake it up. Dropped it off and they took care of me. Offered to pay and they declined. Refreshing to be treated as a fellow man. It’s not customer service it’s just the right thing to do. Thank you for getting my battery back up to par.

We had been looking at toy haulers. We are first-time buyers and weren't sure what we wanted. We hadn't been impressed with a lot of places we had gone to. We always explained when we met a sales person, that we were just looking. Which I think put a lot of them off. We had just left a dealer and decided to stop at Blue Compass in Prescott Valley before we headed home. Which was 200 miles away. We are so glad we did. As we walked up, we met Gonzo. We explained that we were just looking as we weren't sure what kind of toy hauler we wanted. He said no problem, let's take a look at some toy haulers. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We left and said we'd have to think about it. He said no problem, if we had any questions to give him a call. A week later, we were back. We want to thank Gonzo, Ken, Rob, and Cody for all their help. Dave and I love our new Grand Design.
