Thank you, Dave and Adventure Auto Glass for rescuing my old truck when no one else could!
Another company whose name rhymes with Flashlight sent people to my house six times over 91 days, always with the wrong part. I received just as many calls from their corporate office with excuses as to why they kept messing up. In the end, they slapped in and ill fitting window - you could see daylight Between the body and the seal! There is a shower of water coming through that window, which ended up causing rust damage to my vehicles in interior!
But Adventure Auto Glass swooped in with an honest assessment of the situation, got the window I needed, and installed it perfectly within 10 days!
Never again will use anyone other than Adventure Auto Glass!

Best local auto glass service in the quad cities. Attention to detail, work with your insurance for OEM glass if desired, have the technical knowledge and equipment for calibration of new windshields. All around great shop and people to deal with!

Don't use! I patiently waited a week and a half to have a windshield replaced at my home and made arrangements for the vehicle to be available to Adventure Auto Glass. The service person called and said they couldn't get to my house due to some road paving. I told him the road project manager had provided for access and that if he had to wait a couple of mins that he should proceed to come repair my windshield. It turns out he had already driven away and told me he didn't "feel comfortable" coming to my house. (Is there any time you've been uncomfortable driving on a road with or without construction?? I haven't.) I immediately drove out my road to find there was access and called the road project manager who told me that Adventure Glass had indeed gone through the construction zone and drove away on another road and didn't even attempt to come to my house. A whole morning blown waiting for them and then to be lied to? And, was there a call to reschedule? NO CALL. I wouldn't let anyone from this company near my vehicles if they can't tell the truth and just bail on a service call. Sad.

I'm blown away by the professionalism and kindness of this company! From start to finish their employees were fantastic to interact with and made the whole experience a delight. Zach was efficient in working with my insurance and timely in getting me scheduled. Jim (who came out to replace the glass) has outstanding customer service skills. He was communicative, friendly, informative and absolutely left an impression!! Dave and Jim came out and replaced my windshield today. It looks great, and they were very courteous and professional. Only took about an hour, and Dave explained each step while I watched. They are pretty busy, but if you can, they're worth the wait. If you're an animal lover, they'll also make a donation to the animal welfare charity of your choice. Give 'em a call!

I just had my windshield replaced by Adventure Auto Glass. They were quite prompt and performed the work quickly. They made sure that I understood what was done and let me know about a minor problem with the trim that they discovered. Overall, I was very happy with the job that they did. Having my insurance cover the entire cost made the experience even better.

this was one of the best "car fix" experiences i have ever had....they are efficient and so very kind....i experienced something that is sadly rare in this day and age...a business that cares about how we are treated as customers....my gosh...thank you for your efficient service and amazing kindness....such a wonderful way to end a week...hard to imagine i could say that about an auto repair....thank you

Took my cat in for a chipped windshield. The results were amazing. I could not see where the repair had been done. Super nice owner and detail oriented. Highly recommend.
