The people are always friendly. This was the first time I have ever paid 40 dollars for a in store service fee. I bought 2 phones so I had to pay 80 and then be charged 35 per device from Verizon. This is a first for me. I have never paid this fee before. Next time I will just do everything online.

I recently purchased an I Phone and could not get it to connect to Verizon. After trying to fix myself, I went into store. Alex went over and above to help me. I was there over an hour and Alex was very knowledgeable and made sure that my phone was working before I left store. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service! Jessie spent 2.5 hours helping us setup a business account due to a computer system glitch. Went out of her to fix the problem awhile being friendly and polite. She made a difficult situation enjoyable with her bright smile and pleasant attitude. Store manager Martin was also very helpful and made necessary calls to get the account approved. Very impressive experience! Well done!

Stay far away! We only tried Verizon service for two weeks, and it's taken an incredible amount of time and money to get rid of them. I don't normally write bad reviews but this was BAD.- Verizon lies about their service and their charges- there's a 1-2 hour wait every time we go in to the local Lakeside store to get helped. The employees are kind but don't have the power to solve issues- phone customer service won't help you. I talked with about 12 different ppl, trying to resolve issues- when setting up our service, the manager told us we had 30 days worry-free to ensure it worked for us- the coverage was TERRIBLE. Literally didn't have phone service in the Verizon parking lot in Show Low.- we canceled our service after two weeks of trying to make them work- we were wrongly billed after being told there were no further charges- local store said that they would follow up. They never did, though I went in multiple times.- I ended up paying the wrongful bill anyway, to save my credit score. And when I did? I called to pay, and there's an extra $10.00 charge just to talk with a representative!Steer clear of Verizon at all costs!
