Jessie worked with my husband and me for several hours with great patience and enthusiasm: (1) uploading everything possible into our new Pixel Pro XL phones from our old phones, and helping us to (2) select phone cases, (3) learn how to use the Google clock app that comes on these phones - actually loading information from the old phones' app! and (4) making fonts larger for our old eyes.

Moved up to the area about 3 weeks ago and realized T-Mobile barely works! Went in to Verizon and made the switch. Justin got me squared away in about 15 minutes! You don’t realize how reliant on your cell service you are until you dont have any!

These young ppl working here ARE AMAZING!! Nate did the most UNBELIEVABLE problem-solving job for me. I cannot even describe to you how important it was that he accomplished what he did for me. It meant everything to me and my business .. I will sing Nate's kudos for the rest of this month and I will never forget him!!! But ...Come in Prepared to wait! When you get service It's really really good, but find out if appointments are ahead of you and where you are in line. I waited 1 hour and I "think" that I'm next and come to find out people walk in at the last minute and had apparently made an appointment at a specific time. They need a system that makes people aware of that when they come in here and are sitting and waiting for eternity. Not good customer service technique at all BY Management..NOT the floor staff. These kids work hard, and NEED A SERVICE person or something to assist them.

Staff is great, answered all our questions, wanted to be sure we were happy with our new phones. Justin took care of the setup and explained how to do the transfer, in case we ever needed to do it ourselves. He was patient and focused on providing us with the best results possible. We would highly recommend this store.
