I took my truck to be worked on and they did nothing to fix it. paid 1600 for nothing, i told them what the problem was and instead they did other stuff, a waste of money, they are frauds

After another shop in town replaced an engine twice in a 97 lincoln and couldn't get the temperature gauge to work they said only a lincoln dealer in Phoenix could fix a 20 plus year old car. Isons fixed a broken wire in less time than it would take to pack up for the trip.. highly recommended ?Service: Auto maintenance

After having my car at a "friend of a friend's" for 6 months, having done nothing to my car and now ignoring me, I went and talked to Ken who gave me some advice on my vehicle and how to get it back. Once I had gotten it back, I immediately took it to Ken and his team. Not only did they get me in quick, they were honest with me and took care of my car, tested it thoroughly and let me know it was good to go, at no charge! Thank you to Ken, Tommy Lee, and all the other staff. Your honesty is so appreciated.

I am from Tucson. My check engine light came on. Called Ison automotive and they worked my truck into their busy schedule. They fixed the problem and I was able to get back enjoying the wonderful White Mountains. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

Took my Toyota Highlander in when the engine light when in, Ken diagnosed it as the catalytic converters. While it was there I ask him to fix a window that was sliding off its track.... He was very kind and professional. His service was fast! Had to wait for parts, but once he had them it was done the same day. Got the SUV back and it's running great! Window works as it should! Very satisfied and pleased with service. Highly recommend!
