I can’t say enough about impressed I am with the staff at Zeal cigars! I called to check on the status of my order. They could very easily said it being filled should ship out any day now, but instead they took the time explained what the holdup was, and offered an another solution to get my order out faster. This is the kind of customer service that all business should model themselves after. Keep up the good work guys you got a customer for life..

Having known Bradley, the owner of Zeal Cigars, both as a friend and a client for over 4 years, I can attest to the top-notch experience one gets at this establishment. Zeal boasts an impressive variety of cigars, complemented by their exceptional house brands. What sets Zeal apart, however, is Bradley’s innate ability to make every customer feel like a long-lost friend. His remarkable memory ensures he recalls everyone by name, and the personal details shared with him, creating an ambiance of genuine connection. A testament to this was when a friend, unbeknownst to him, went to Zeal to grab cigars for my birthday. Later, at my party, Bradley’s interaction with this friend was as if they’d been buddies since childhood. Besides the welcoming environment, the quality of the cigars is impeccable, always maintained at the right humidity. Moreover, the recommendations from Bradley and his staff are consistently spot on. Truly a five-star experience all around.

I'm a huge fan of your YouTube channel and podcast. Being from Indiana unfortunately I haven't been able to visit the shop but I hope to make a trip out there soon and stop in. I dropped the ball posting this review in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. Justin and Bradley are amazing every time I come in. Their house blends are budget friendly and are very tasty. Also check out their soaps to, I didn’t think I’d end up buying soap from a cigar shop but they’re top notch.

I do online orders from these guys and they have alot of good cigars. I mainly get house blends from them and they can compete with high end stuff.

My go to lounge In Phoenix and nationwide. Bradley and jb Really provide 2nd to non customer service and a great experience. Phenomenal conversation and great people in general I even get my cigars delivered to New York. And it's easier than getting Uber eats. Visit and you'll see for yourself.

Just got my first order delivered from them the other day that consisted of a PDR sample pack and the Caribbean Marauder. Shipping was fast, everything was packed amazingly, loved how they had a boveda pack with the Marauder. And the prices in comparison to my local shops were amazing. Definitely going to order again

Zeal is a great little shop with a great selection of various house and name brands. Lounge area is a little small, but nice. Staff is great!
