The staff is fantastic, personable and helpful. The owner, not so much. He’ll go out of his way to make you feel like an idiot and don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ll think twice about sending people his way again. The owner should take a lesson about customer service from his “help” as he called them.

These guys are awesome, prices are lower than most smoke shops that I have been to lately. Definitely becoming a permanent customer to these guys and they treat you with respect which is very important to me.
