My iPhone broke brought it here to get it fixed. Two weeks later got my phone paid it but the phone was not working. Screen replaced by a cheap ass product and my service kept cutting out never a full service. Camera would not work. Got my refund back after coming back 3rd time but I never got my phone back.

The owner Sean was great to work with.
I thought the glass on my phone was broken and turned out it was just the screen protector that was cracked. He was very honest and took care of me and my phone right then. He is honest and runs his store with the utmost integrity! I strongly recommend this business.

The name "Pure Wireless" threw a bit of confusion my way, as the sign reads, "Wireless Toyz," as it has for years. Also want to note that they're listed hours, also posted on the door, reads 12-5 on Sundays -- WRONG. There is a notice, albeit barely noticeable unless you walk up to the door, that says they are CLOSED every Sunday. I almost missed it.Suggestion: scratch out Sunday's original hours on the hours of operations, and update the online listings. Wasted gas tends to leave an irritating aftertaste, ya know?

I took my phone here and it came with a scratched lens on my I phone 11 pro max. The lens on the bottom appears warped and it was never like that when I brought it to them. I noticed it when I placed it in bright lighting. I will update this when I take it to the Apple Store and see what they did bc there's no way under the glass lens that it would look warped and the rest look just fine. I look at my phone everyday and it's highly noticeable. I mentioned what I saw and they didn't seem to care about my concern. I did however get my tablet back - which I forgot in their store so that's good I guess but that still doesn't mean that they're not honest about other things. I know what my phone looks like and I know that scratch around the lens where it looks like it's peeling has never been there. Highly disappointed to get my phone back in this condition. It just devalued it! I know bc I had it looked at and it was excellent condition at the Apple Store before the screen mishap. I have mixed feelings about this business now.

My phone got accidentally locked and we took it to metro pcs whose employees didn't know how to fix it and if they figured it out somehow warned that everything would be erased because they had to factory reset it. We brought it here paid$25 and the phone was legit fixed in like 15 min. We typed em $15. Employees were knowledgeable and efficient.

Abel and the two ladies working with him were amazing. Forgetting the ladies names, but they were beyond helpful and even offered to buy my son McDonalds. They were all very courteous and now I’m upset I didn’t get the girl with the hat and gray shirts phone number/name :( Maybe fate will bring us together again
