Is very bad location. Don’t go in this location. I bring my car and man said is done in 1 hour for a little problem with my tire, in 15 minutes should make this problem. My car stay there 3 hours and tire was same how bring in service don’t make my tire.

Respectful , and great work but I did not like the fact the diagnostic fee was not waved after getting 1,200 $ in work done. You should take into consideration about waving diagnostic fees , hourly labor rate is kinda high compared to many other shops but we wanted to give them a chance for the first time. Not sure if I’ll go back do to labor rate and not waving diagnostic fee once work was approved to be done

The A/C started blowing hot in our Honda CrV in August... Not a comfortable turn of events in Phoenix. Wilhelm on Greenway & 35th Ave didn't have any appts open on Saturday, but I was able to leave it there in the morning, and they diagnosed it by the end of the day. They were short a technician, so they didn't get the compressor replaced until Tues, but I was grateful for the quick turn around. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, helpful, and encouraged questions. They notified me of progress each day by text and email. Being relatively new to the valley, we had not yet established an auto mechanic - but I think we have one now.

Went here to get my brakes changed. Instead of changing my brakes they changed my oil when they had told me what they did I said I asked for my brakes to be changed not the oil i just had my oil changed a week prior. Then Marty proceeded to tell me my brakes weren't bad and In fact they are I've been here a couple times before and I had good experiences but needless to say I will not be going back had my car the whole day and didn't even get the service I wanted done.

This was the best experience I had with car repair experts ever! I was desperate on this Saturday knowing many would not open or may require an appointment, I hesitately made a call but they were honest with me politely told me sir, you can bring your vehicle but will have to wait until we serve people ahead of you, if we aren't able we will get it done on Monday, to my surprise three hours later my car was done, my Air conditioning was blowing cold again! Thank you guys for your professionalism and honesty.

We really appreciate how personal you make us feel each time we come in . Very professional customer service. First time I went there for oil change was half the price that the dealership was going to charge me for my brand new car I had purchased from them . You all treated me like I was family . I really appreciated that and then my son took his car in and was so happy . Now we take all our cars and trucks to you . Excellent work and prices . I will always recommend anyone go to WILHELM AUTO REPAIR 35th ave and Greenway . Thank you so much for great service

1st let me say my dad told me when u find a good mechanic or Dr grab on hold on to them because there far and few in between. I have and will say they are the best. I've been going for the last few years. I just had a battery go bad went to auto zone and they hooked up to the battery and is was bad. So after putting new battery in they tested and said my starter and alternator was bad. Cost of parts a little over 400.00. I took my truck to Wilhelm and instead of just replacing both they tested and said there was no problem with either one of the parts and charged me nothing but also checked out other things and noticed my bearings had to be redone but it would be no charge, they were under warranty from over a year ago.!!!!!! HONEST!!!!!! And no charge. Thank you. SO EVERYONE check them out im glad I did. BEST. EVER.

Thank you so much for fixing my tire. Wilhelm did an excellent job. Professional & courteous. Wilhelm did the job needed done, wasnt looking to just sell tires. I will be coming back for my tires, they are next on my repairs list.
