If you look through the Google reviews for this business, it's received many excellent, 5-star ones. Every once in a while, there's a 1-star review for terrible customer service. I'm adding another one. Its customer service has been non-existent for me. I ordered several products through its online store on 12/14/2023. I received a confirmation email, and the following day, Wilderness charged my credit card. Since then, nothing has happened. It's now 01/10/2024. When I log into my online account on the store's website, my order is listed as "process," the same as it's been since I ordered it. I've tried calling numerous times, left voicemails. Nothing. I emailed them and received an instant automated email that they're very busy and to allow a few days for a response. That was 6 days ago. Still nothing from a human. Are they still in business? I wouldn't be surprised if I learn in a few weeks that they aren't. I'm now disputing the charge through my credit card company. It's too bad this has happened, because I've heard such great things about their products.1/24/2024 update: About a week after I initiated a dispute through my credit card, I received a call from Wilderness saying the products I'd ordered had come in and they would ship them right away. They apologized for the delay. Perhaps it was a coincidence, but probably not. I received the products almost 6 weeks after I ordered them. The only contact I received from the company during that time was their call after I disputed the charge. There's no way I'll buy from them again.

Very high quality tactical products, and I'm tickled to know they are right in my town!I went in for a new gun belt with a very low profile buckle for appendix carry. I was able to try different solutions and walk out with exactly what I needed.And their Brittany shop-pup is adorable too!

Ordered their Low Pro EDC belt and sized it per the directions on their site but when I received it, it was WAY too small. Not sure if I was sent the wrong one or what but I can't even get the Velcro to touch. Sent emails and left voice mails (no one ever answers the phone) about sending it back for the proper size and have yet to get a response. It's been over a month now and doesn't appear they have any intention of making it right. Now it's just a paper weight on my desk as I can't even use it. $60 wasted. So far, their customer service really sucks.

this will sound crazy, but 22 years ago i ordered 2 frequent flier belts, 1.5 inch, size 41, and have used them since 2000. they were generous enough to re "velcro" these for me twice for a very reasonable rate, i have deployed with these for over 20 years in 30 countries...today i decided to order some new units. long story short, while largely un recognized, they are simply the best and most reliable pant and gear attachment points I can reccomend, in the new world, e commerce I needed to add this, if you are on the fence, do not hesitate, they are hands down a small investment that might make a difference in your life, small side note, these belts served as a critical vehicle tow rope in a hot zone in west africa on more than one occasion. dont wait, just purchase, wear and enjoy the reliability and quality that is inherent to this company and its products, im sure they dont recall my order, but its time to recognize so much value I actually think this product is very underpriced, the new era of 5.11 and the "technical" apparel sector is nothing compared to this pioneeer. Buy with confidence... just bring more "pepper" apparel please......

I wish I can give then less than 1 star!!!They may have good product but no costomer service.....Joan and soe are really dont care from the customers!!!I Called a few times to order a belt.In the first time joan told me she must to go and she will call me tomorrow...After 2 days that she didn't call i called back and order the belt.After a week (8 days), on Friday i called and ask when ill get the shipment and she told me it will be out first thing on Monday.Big mistake, i didnt ask what Monday...Called again on Thursday and someone that say here name is sue was yelling on me and hung up the phone after i ask when they going to send my belt.Really not recommend to buy from them.

Wilderness belts rock.Very helpful staff. I went into the store to replace the belt that I had been wearing for the better part of 20 years.The new belt I bought was exactly the same belt as the the one that lasted neer 20 years.I don't know of to many things that last long any more.To make things even better they offered to use the buckle from my old belt to save me some money and they did this while I was there it only took 10 to 15 minutes total.As I was leaving they said hope to see you again my reply was I will see you in another 20 years.
