On my most recent visit, Caesar went above and beyond—he not only repaired the crack in my wheel but also sent a video to me once the wheel was off, showing me that it was bent and asked if I would like him to repair that as well to prevent further damage. He repaired the bends and also did an incredible job fixing my curb rash. My wheel looks brand new again! When I came to pick up my car the next day, I discovered he had balanced my tires too. I made an appointment for first thing this morning, and then I asked David (Asst. Manager) for a quick turn-around. “Managed to catch the curb on the right rear wheel coming out of Costco and got about a 4 inch long rim rash. 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid Limited with less than 1000 miles on it really annoyed me that I did that because I was not used to the longer wheelbase of this particular car. I am now anyway poncho came out via appointment at the designated time. He had all the equipment in his truck and did a perfect job restoring the very expensive 20 inch mag wheel to original condition if not better it was really interesting watching him work true artisanship. I would recommend them to anybody that needs to get their expensive wheels repaired.”
