As a business owner I would expect to go into a bank with a business line to get in make my daily cash deposits and out getting back to work quickly to continue to be prosperous without waiting in line for 15 minutes. As well as being treated with dignity and respect, with efficient and pleasant tellers. They seem to have a lot of tellers not working the windows,just chatting with each other. Wasting all the customers time.

Ever since the pandemic, wells Fargo on this entire side of town has bottomed out. Branches closed, doors to atms locked. Atms only partially operable. Makes banking a challenge. Do better.

With no warning, this bank lowered my credit limit on my credit card to just above my current balance after raising my credit limit 1 year ago. I have 100% on time payment history and have always stayed below my credit limit. My current credit score is 696 (Experian). I own my own business and take home $109,200 per year. Why was I treated this way? Wells Fargo does not value me as a customer, and treated me like I am some kind of delinquent. I have since closed my Business account, Personal account, and closed the Credit Card account as well.

The Drive-thru at this location needs updating. With the increase in people in this area, this location should have at least 3 drive thru ATMs and the doors for the ATM inside should not be locked.

I went in yesterday. Everyone was really great. Only thing I found wrong was seeing what looked like the manager come out of the back of with crocs on that’s the most unprofessional thing I have seen. Especially if you’re holding such an important role

This Wells Fargo off of 51st/Baseline is a joke. It doesn't matter what day or time you come into this bank, the line is always long and there is always only 2 tellers working. There is no sense of urgency to help with the other bankers. They are non empathic and is almost as though it's an inconvenience for them to assist and do their jobs.

Lobby is always closed, long lines, we need another ATM drive thru. Long waits when you go inside never anybody working .

The only way I can speak with a banker is by making an appointment that is 3 weeks out...... Well I made the appointment and the scheduled time came and went. I cant walk in and speak to someone I cant make an appointment.. What is a person supposed to do to be able to open an account and give you my money.....

Well I was a customer for years with Wells Fargo. My closure with them is basically the companies history. As a Black woman I would like to feel that if I decided to buy a home or start a business. My bank that I been with for years would help with that. From what I seen and heard they don't assist with minorities. Recently they were in the news for lying about jobs they offer Black's In particular. I seen recently Wells Fargo(not saying these ppl do) workers were making accounts from clients to meet their quotas. The whole company is not set up for minorities.

I’ve had an account with them for a year, but I’ve only had a handful of decent experiences. ATM always, and I mean always, has some kind of issue. Recently got my card info. stolen, disputed the unauthorized charge and that took a week to resolve even though it wasn’t that much, but they charged me overdraft anyway. Been trying to call for the past week to dispute that charge, but NO answer at all.
