Friendly and professional tellers. They stayed late to help me withdraw some money that had been wired the same day (so they had to call), and didn't seem to mind my little toddler running around. They were very kins and helpful.

They made it as hard as possible for me to open an account so I left and went to the branch at 9th and greenway. That branch I called ahead and they tried to keep me away saying they were too busy, but I came in anyway and they saw me right away. They tried to say they only accept 2 forms of address verification and cannot accept the bill the other branch said I could… finally they said they would since I was misinformed

The only good thing about this Wells Fargo it has a ATM, actually it has two. I like the drive-thru Wells Fargo at 7th Street and Greenway. Every time I go to this Wells Fargo at 7th Street and Thunderbird there's always one teller only. The teller is always very friendly but they really need to have at least two tellers.

Closed my accounts and withdrew all business after dealing with this God-forsaken clown house. As others have written, the staff are condescending and rude, while gaslighting with all their talk of "helping". If you go into this branch, be prepared to stay a while as they have to call the home office for every little thing; so you will sit there awkwardly while their own bankers wait on hold. It's like even the company doesn't respect this branch.

Had five to six people working at 3 on a Friday afternoon. had me and another woman waiting for 25 minutes to be helped. Soon as a non-caucasian person walked up everybody appeared. Have never had that issue with a bank before.Felt kinda racist. Corporate might want to look into. Elizabeth Chen is the bank manager over there corporate might want to make sure they are treating all humans equal.

Can’t even make a deposit. Get met at the door by staff just to be told they’re actually closed. Why bother opening your doors at all? I’d care less if I went up to locked door over someone coming out to literally tell me they can’t help me in person. Crazy.

The bank teller was really nice and very helpful, there was a lady teller who was very helpful and then a younger lady who seemed to be a manager who came over and started talking over me. Did not listen to my questions was very rude. She kept repeating herself on a subject that was never brought up by myself or the teller. She kept insisting that I couldn’t close the account when all I was doing was depositing money. Thank goodness this bank is not my main location. I would not be able to handle this person ignoring what I’m actually saying and just assuming what needs to be done zero customer service definitely will not be returning. The only saving grace was the 1st woman and the other 2 men who did have answers and where able to have a conversation with.

I would give zero stars if I could. We went into close an account due to fraud and the branch manager was extremely rude, condescending and completely not helpful. She only made excuses as to why she couldn't help us and why it was taking her banker 45+ minutes to help an elderly person with her password and username. When I spoke up against her condescension, she told me I had to leave her branch. Disgusting that Wells Fargo would have such a callous and nasty woman running that branch.

My favourite Wells Fargo branch even thought there is many branch’s near me in Phoenix , I have been going there since 2010, quite cozy and quick service, best friendly staff, always clean.

I had a very complicated situation. The branch manager Elizabeth was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and even stayed late to make sure the problem was resolved. Will definitely be coming back!
