Jennifer Hampsh and the other manager were so helpful when I needed to get a vendor verification for a corporate client right before the holidays - they were extremely competent and I really appreciated their quick assistance !

Location is clearly understaffed. I waited over 20 minutes for a teller- there was no one in line in front of me, but the teller was occupied in the back. Will never return to this location.

I can understand why people have issues with Well's Fargo and their scandalous past, but this location has been nothing but great for me and my needs. I work at a restaurant that banks with Well's Fargo and this location is right next to the restaurant, so I go in on a pretty regular basis. They are always accommodating, quick, pleasant, and very helpful. The public gets upset at this location because they got rid of tellers and only have personal bankers staffed. Well guess what, that is not this location's fault or the people who work at this location's fault. That was a decision made by the higher-ups, so if you think it's frustrating to deal with, imagine what the people who work there feel and go through. Please be patient with their staff because they are doing more than just what their job is, they're doing everything. And they are great at it!!

Wish I could put 0 stars everything about this bank is horrible. Never have the drive through teller open. I was told it would take an hour to deposit cash on a Tuesday at 10:45.. any other wellstypically takes 2 min to put cash in the counter and I'm on my way. Chase bank is sounding pretty good

This bank is well known for its dishonesty and scamming people out of their money and nickel and diming them anyway they can and I went through the drive-through today and there is a dark haired , younger guy with glasses that would not give me my money unless I wrote out the complete information onto the withdrawal slip I had signed it , I had put my name on it signed it and he still wouldn't and I had to get a manager and she Didnt help what so ever!! They simply try and make things difficult for you to even get your money out ,,, I went and finally got all my money out of wellsfargo bank and I went to another bank to do my banking !!!! Frankly , people all over the world are leaving Wellsfargo , and for many a good reasons too ,,,,,terrible scammers and money hungry people at Wells Fargo banks !!!! Bank somewhere else if you want good customer care and honesty !!! Oh and this happened at the Biltmore and camelback location By mailbox place and by Safeway Read all the reviews for this location It's getting BAD !

My mom and I came here to make some changes to our joint accounts and had the best experience with a personal banker. We were greeted with a smile, immediately walked back to her desk, and everything that we came for (and then some!) was handled in the quickest and most efficient way possible. I would highly recommend this branch for your banking needs!

If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would. There is one particular woman that literally tried stealing from me today. I'm a dancer so I brought in some cash to deposit and this woman literally lied about the the total. She said I had $760something but I had a bad feeling about her so I took my money and brought it to a different branch. The other branch got a total of $1,208. So that tells me she ACTUALLY TRIED STEALING FROM ME. I can't wait to expose the s*** out of her and get her broke a** fired. Normally I'm not this petty, but this is people's lives she's f****** with. She f***** with the wrong one. It makes me sad too cuz everyone else there seems so sweet and she's setting a horrible reputation for this branch.

I HATE this bank. They do NOT answer the phone. I cannot see my balance online because it will not accept the password I am told to totally change 3 or 4 times a day. Actually within a 2 hour period.They charged 100,000 people for insurance last year - that was never ordered.They shortchanged me 2 times last year at the drive thru.Is it Chase - or who is HONEST and best?Arlene Friedman

If you can avoid going to this branch I highly recommend it, seems like the people that can make decisions were very hesitant to help or care about your disposition.

The bank is not open for even a couple of hours on Saturday. The building is already a teardown and a waste of space.

Great location, great service, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's my go to branch for all my simple easy to do banking needs. Their drive thru is highly convenient and easy to use with the tellers ready to assist.
