What’s up with the drive thru ATM it has been out of service for a month or so & the walk up ATM’s were out of service over the weekend ? Is this Wells Fargo branch going out of business or what??? ??♀️

This place is absolutely garbage they never have the correct amount of staffing and their business section is always closed due some excuse like what’s the point of even having a business section if its always closed the lines are always long and the person with iPad is completely useless just walking around and doesn’t know much either and finally the atm’s are always out of order with no money in it and the drive thru is always closed as well stay away at all costs it’s definitely a waste of time here

This bank is absolutly the worst/trash bank..not the whole bank but this location on 35 th ave there atms never ever work. Avoid this bank and save your self some time.

Horrible place. Long lines. Not enough tellers. The Drive thru ATM has been out of service for over 10 Days. Very Unhelpful Staff. Corporate Needs to Oversee this location and possibly replace the staff including the manager.

Never using this branch again. The drive up atm allowed me to go through the process of cash withdrawal then when dispensing the cash it never opened to dispense. Did a count down from 60 seconds then said the cash was retained and gave a 1800 number to call. Had to file a claim then they said up to 10 business days to review! No cash and they won't credit me even though it's flagged on my account they retained my cash and I never received it. I need that cash asap.

I called about fraudulent things on my card they kept transferring me over and over to different departments or I ended up in the same department they had transferred me to and right now some guy just hung up on me, While I was kindly explaining to him my concern. It's 5:21 pm so I'm assuming they all want to go home, BUT I have LITERALLY been transferred for 30 min since 4:51pm I've just been getting transferred.if they want to go home just tell me to call back later or at a different time when the other shift clocks in or transfer me to someone who won't bounce me around for 30 min (I DONT BELIEVE IT WAS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS BANK) but customer service. I'm not sure however but it was from the claims dept to fraud to claims to claims on Spanish who acted he couldn't hear me then got my info and reason why I was calling said he couldn't help me and transferred me to a different claims person in Spanish which hung up on me? Like what? I was nice to all of them too they just seemed like they didn't want to get calls. WELLS FARGO??

Only 2 tellers, line was out the door. Had to wait 40mins to see a teller. Closing my account. Very inconvenience

Can't use the drive thru. Can't use the deposit box. You must go wait in line for 1 teller to get through a gigantic line. So irritating. It's not just this location either. Time to get a new bank!

Very poor experience, waited 45 minutes to just leave due to the lack of organization. You have what appear to be 2 supervisors just walking around biting their nails then you have tellers working at the station saying they’re on lunch. Wouldn’t recommend coming here, the drive anywhere else is worth it
