Was told it would only be a 10-15 minute wait to get my letter notarized. I waited over an hour and still no help. Waste of my time.

Useless place doesn't even have a notary on staff today. I have to wait 4 days. Also, don't know if that lady sitting in the chair works there , if she does, she isn't very helpful. I stood in line waiting to learn info that she could have told me when I walked in.

I made an appointment over 10 days ago and received confirmation of my appointment date/time. Arrived at my scheduled date/time and was advised they had no record of my appointment. They were only going to be able to help me with half of the process and I’d have to make another appointment to finish.

Very frustrated by a recent experience with this branch. I was issued a check from my profit share account with my employer. Our profit sharing company is an account rarely used and it must have been overlooked when restoring my name with my employer after divorce because it was issued in my married name. I researched the issue before hand and all reputable financial sources showed that if I had legal documentation showing my current name and previous name it shouldn't be an issue. I should note I have used personal checks for the past 3 years with this same name on them so as not to waste them and they certainly have no issue withdrawing from my account! I brought with me a certified copied of my divorce decree showing previous and restored name, my passport still in my previous name, and my current driver's license with my current name. Not to mention Wells Fargo should have record of the name change I did at this specific branch and should show on my account any previous names used. This was apparently not enough and "due to the large nature of the check" they could not deposit it into my account - I wasn't even trying to cash it, just deposit into my account. I've also used mobile deposit for checks written in my children's names, nicknames, misspelled names, etc. and they've never been flagged or had a problem, yet with all proper legal documentation while being in person the deposit could not be made. Just ridiculous and enough frustration to look for somewhere else to bank and close my account.

Worst service ever. Tried to open account had appointment and they fell behind. Rude and didn't care about my business rescheduled. Went back again very rude and didn't have available banker to open account. Rescheduled for the 2nd. Came today rude said appointment was for the 9th and I should be better prepared. 2 weeks trying to open an account and them messing up. Screw the bonus I will find another bank to set up account. Horrible customer service!

friendly service is shown at all times, recommended. although with the bank's past reputation, it doesn't deserve 5 stars; but it's still not bad.

It is Friday at 1:40pm and this branch has ONE teller working. There is a line of 30+ people waiting, mostly outside in the heat. It’s been just under an hour and I am still in line. This location is too busy for this kind of nonsense.UPDATE: They did waive the $10 fee that I typically pay for a cashiers check. Chase and my local credit union always waive this fee when I ask. It is my money, after all. It took an hour long wait and some genuine frustration for them to do the right thing.

This location is always busy. Which is fine if the staff were friendly. I need change and they're making me wait out in the heat because only 2 people are allowed inside merchants door at a time. There are 2 people from the same company in there. I'm definitely 6 feet away from them but this girl is making me wait in the heat. I absolutely hate this bank and am going to switch my business account over to a more accommodating bank.

Yesterday it took awhile to get inside and to the teller. It must been training day because it took 1 or 2 hours to get help. Why didn't the manager or assistant manager help out. All you hear is laugher come from the back. Staff aren't friendly at all and I can't wait for the bank to reopen in Fry's. Not a happy customer.

Worst service Ever! They are limiting people inside even if we have masks and make us wait outside in line in the hot sun. There is no shade either! If you want to go inside there is at least a 20 min wait to get inside. The drive thru is always closed.
