No drive thur. Only one teller at anytime. Unless you need to talk to the one or two bankers this is not a place to go to. Wells Fargo are becoming a non place and that picture is only the front half of the line. Was faster going next door to MidFirst & opening up an account.

No drive thru anymore ??? Automatic 2 star!! I always do only drive thru due to hip and back pan, I will no longer bank at this location , Wells Fargo they are going down hill more and more

This is Wells Fargo at 32nd and Camelback RD. I have been coming here for 17 years and have had good experiences with staff here. With new renovations, this branch looks like APPLE Store! And bank associate Michelle has been very polite & friendly to all the customers in line and asked everyone for any help needed. I also want to thank Yasmin for all her help over the last few years! I am happy for them to be getting this amazing facility! I also liked this new charging station as well! Well done Wellls Fargo!

I recently applied for a loan with Wells Fargo's business unit Mario Muzurovic.I couldn't upload my document file, so I called Mario. Mario called me back with one of his people from underwriting on the line and told me because I did work on a construction project for a company that became a cannabis supplier, Wells Fargo would not do business with me. I did the floors prior to a cannabis business ever taking control of the space. Crazy... Cannabis is legal in Arizona, Wells Fargo. Stop your discrimination Wells Fargo!

Wells Fargo managed to do everything they possibly could to make paying for our honeymoon difficult. When my wife and I asked about raising her Zelle transfer minimum they refused and simply said that our best option was to just pull the cash out manually, drive to my bank and deposit it manually. ITS 2021 the fact that we have to take LARGE sums of cash out and drive down the street is RIDICULOUS. Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, all of these options exist, but somehow Wells Fargo can't seem to figure it out. We'll be closing out her account soon and moving our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I have been banking at Wells Fargo Bank for years and their customer service is excellent. The Agents that work for the bank always make sure you feel special and want to immediately address your needs.

I have to say, I believe I found a very, very wonderful Wells Fargo branch. Needed something notarized ASAP, had to be in and out on a lunch break, so I called ahead spoke to Hector who is the service manager. Hector was very kind. I got in with seated with Yasmin, who was a stellar personal banker and would love to work with her in the future. So I believe I found my new home branch.

Worst branch hands down. Customer service sucks. Had to wait while teller chatted with friend before she would take care of me. A few minutes would be OK but TEN minutes when she can see a customer waiting? Should be zero stars.

Deposited a payroll check into my account. Was told it would clear by the next day for use... Check cleared and showed in my account. 5min later it disappears. Told that a hold was placed on it again and I'd have to wait to call some other number... It was a payroll check from friggin Wells Fargo!!! How are you going to hold a check from your own bank?!?!?! If I knew that this could happen I would have held onto the check and just cashed it... Horrible customer service in the branch and on the phone. Use someone else... Your money will thank you.
