I signed up online and I went to this branch, asked questions about $300 bonus offer, they said we can’t help you because you open it up online and call customer service. I called customer service and customer service told me to go to branch,
I explained what happened at branch, I just not understood this system, they might be treat by appearance, or color I assume. Unless it would not be that way.

Very kind folks at this location. It's always a clean and safe feeling there. ATMs inside are quite helpful when the drive-thru lines are long. The banking line moves fairly quickly, which is very helpful.

The most busy location in town only has two employees working at the counter every Friday then they close the lines for the drive-thru and the Business center for business owners like myself Scottsdale in the rich part of town the service is much better I guess because the people look different that come here to the location on 19th and Bethany.I would think they can afford to hire more people seeing how they have all of our money. In this bank. Its not convenient at all. Is disrespectful to the people who banking here. I don't care if you get in 50 dollars a week or if you making a million dollars y'all need to respect our money and our time more.HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Do not waste your time to go this location, people rude as hell. Special branch operation manager, Nicabril Gonzalez, he thinks he is the owner of the bank. I wanted to cash an IRS cash he said they can not do it, go the other location instead of helping. I have already closed my credit card soon, soon will close my checking account too. Zero customer service. Been with Wells Fargo for almost 9 years.I would definitely not recommend wells forgo. For every small thing, they make an appointment, covit is over why appointment, while their staff setting and doing nothing.

Why are the banks all closed and online they say they are open!! They never sent my bank card! Wells Fargo has been slacking and it's sad.

After unsuccessfully not being able to get cash out of the Chase ATM we came here but didn't bother going into the atrium lobby's ATM and just came through the drive up, which happened to be no lines like Chase.

I’ve been to this location a few times to make deposits and get change for the business I work for. It’s not always a pleasant experience and the lines are sometimes long, but this is the second time someone has gone above and beyond and made it a WONDERFUL experience. Today is was Claudia Miguel! Very kind, professional, personable and a great positive attitude! I wish I had more people like her on my team. Thank you Claudia! ⭐️ ? ?

If the ATMs aren't out of order and have any money in them, it's a surprise. Homeless people everywhere, you have to be brave to walk into this location.

Tried to go open an account in person since they couldn't verify my information online and it was a nightmare. There were about 15 people waiting in line with only two tellers and noone from the customer service was available. Walked out after waiting about 10 minutes and seeing nonone to help

This bank is and always has been the worst. I feel bad for the tellers. They are always under staffed. The management team ever tried to resolve any issues just tries to justify why the service is bad. Yet I'm forced to go here because my work decides to bank with them

Unhelpful employees.other race will go in and once a Mexican walk in, they help the Mexican. I am getting so tired of wellsfargo bs, I am about to close my account with them.
