I've been a customer over 50+ years. Use to work for WFB in Corporate. Called to reorder checks. Was told by the Branch Manager, Rocio Gordillo Flores, had to either make an appointment and come in or go to the 800 Customer Service line. The Branch Manager said this. Is she such a puppet and so inept she can't even write up a check order?! Unbelievable. People use to go out of their way to help others. Not anymore at this branch.
Then she offered to open a "case" on my complaint and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. By the time she wrote up the case she could have taken my order. The case number is 22 numbers/letters longs! They obviously get a lot of complaints. Which is verified by their poor reviews.

Im sitting there for over 20 minutes to talk to a banker and nobody look at my face or acknowledge my presence like I was invisible and the bank isn’t busy at all very rude and lack of respect towards the clients

Well, they didn't care about me when I was a customer over a decade ago and they definitely don't care about people that are not current customers. I couldn't even exchange out large bills for small bills. So unhelpful, and always have been!

I just called this branch to ask for the interest rates on a Money Market and 1 year jumbo CD for a large amount of money. They told me I was required to make an appointment or go look for it myself online. Is that how you deal with people? I am disgusted. You just lost out.

Just two tellers on a Friday, drive up service closed and a banker using one of the teller's machine to make transactions for his clients...no bueno!

Had very bad experiences at 8 other locations, but when I walked into the Biltmore location, Erwin, even though he had a 4pm appointment, still helped me open my business account. That employee deserves a raise!

Friendly , quick, and efficient service. I needed to do a wire transfer came to the bank around 12:15. The service was great and my banker even helped me with some tax stuff I needed. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Wednesday September 28 Long waiting.. only ONE banker and a long line i counted 6 others on the desks didn't bother to help.. they don't care...Terrible service!

Sign at front door says drive up only but drive up doesn't work then they won't cash a check over $2500 unless you go in but you can't... So had to go to another Wells Fargo. Might as well just close if you can't function properly
