To begin with, no one was receiving me at the entrance, there was no place to register, a boy came and greeted me in a bad mood. It took him two hours to ask me what I was doing. While I was waiting, an older man arrived and no one attended to him. If those who had an appointment arrived, they were passed by while two guys were in their office without attending to anyone. Terrible service, bad experience. And also bad treatment. My question is if it is because we are in South Phoenix. This is DISCRIMINATION.

This is the Closest Wells Fargo for me to use during my Lunch time IT IS THE SLOWEST SERVICE 20+ People in line ONE TELLER and She Looks Miserable!! Stay away from this branch!

LOUSY! I had a CD with them. It took 30 seconds to open. I spent 30 minutes trying to close it and they tell me it will be 2 days before I get my money. They are crooks!!!

Today I went into Wells Fargo and needed information in reference to a lost bank card. Spoke with Bianca, Bank Teller who explained to me the process of using digital wallet as alternative while I waited for my card to come in. She was very patient with me as I am not very techy. She explained to me in detail exactly how digital wallet worked. And how I could scan my phone at some retail stores which was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Wells Fargo for hiring such a excellent employee. ?

The atm was out of service and the sun blaring down makes it hard to see the screen. I do think they need an shaded canopy over the drive thru atm. I go inside on Friday 13th and the line is 13 people long. SO when I am at the teller I announce issues. I fainted inside the bank. The security guard didn't do anything I was Awoken by the teller and a bi standered and manager. Thx for your help

What has happened to this bank? Slow service. Uninterested employees. The place felt like a homeless shelter. Won't be doing any business with this bank. So many good ones to choose from, both brick and mortar and online. Put your money where they care. Avoid Wells Fargo.

I don't know if is wells fargo or just this location that is very slow, I had and appointment for 10,30 am to open a new account, we was attended until 11.30, it is 3 minutes to 1 pm and we still here, the staff is very nice but the service is slow as they can be,This remind me the flash the sloth movie.

This bank is the slowest, least efficient bank I have ever been to. 1 person working in a busy area. Employees literally wandering around. Seriously Terrible bank who clearly doesn’t care
