Giving a five start review to banker Ognjen Good service, very understanding been coming to this bank for years always leave upset bad service from other tellers and for the first time I get a 10 of 10 service. I walked out very pleased. Keep up the great work Ognjen. Thanks.

I generally don't like to leave bad reviews and I Know this review won't affect their business but still would like to see if their customer care department takes a note of it. I went in for a cash deposit in my business account.
They have a Dedicated business teller and a separate door for it, firstly I had to wait outside the door for a couple minutes and then when I was let in I was told by the teller that they are short staffed and I would have to go through the regular teller / deposit window and told me to wait till someone opens the door for the main lobby and another 2 to 3 minutes wait till the time the door was opened. When I entered the main lobby there was a long line, I asked the manager Kristin/Krysten if she could accommodate but she refused & told me to either wait in the business room and the drive thru teller could help me once he finishes. I went outside looking for the other locations but I noticed that there were no more cars for the drive thru and I went in. The driver thru teller was about to help but the same manager Kristin came in and said something to the teller and he made a weird excuse and refused me to take my deposit.
I understand being short staffed is quite possible nowadays but she didn't even apologize for that since it was not my fault and she had no courtesy and on top of it she whispered something in the ears of the drive thru teller

She just told me I couldn’t cash a check because they don’t have enough funds. I asked if there was a different branch I can go to and she said no so then I called the bank on the phone and they told me to go to 44th st and Thomas I feel like the manager here judged me because of my appearance and just didn’t want to help or point me in the right direction poor customer service here do not recommend this location.

Drive thru is SO SLOW!! 6 cars and 1 teller that leaves the window each transaction!! She caught an earful from the lady next to me today!!! Wells Fargo, you can do better. I was in line for 12+ minutes( only 1 car ahead of me & 1 next to me) several behind as I drove away. Inside is often worse. ?

The branch at Thunderbird and 7th made it as hard as possible for me to open an account so I left and went to this one. That branch I called ahead and they tried to keep me away saying they were too busy, but I came in anyway and they saw me right away. They tried to say they only accept 2 forms of address verification and cannot accept the bill the other branch said I could… finally they said they would since I was misinformed at the other branch. The banker Gabriella was really nice at least and didn’t try to make me wait any longer than necessary

Yani is amazing. She took me in as a walk-in. I went in for a notary signature, and it took less than 5 minutes. She is sweet, kind, and very professional.

This is ridiculous... One of the 2 drive up ATMs has been out of service for months, the other can't accept deposits and has no cash so it's completely useless, and the inside ATM will accept deposits but can't give cash. FIX YOUR ATMS AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES WE PAY FOR!!!!!(UPDATE) If your ATM is "self reporting", then why, for months, has at least one of them been completely inoperable with a red light, and the other having now cash two weeks in a row? It may self report, but it's a conscious decision not to service it and horrible customer service. I mean really... Your inside bank lobby ATM had no cash on the same day?!?

RACIST!!! They didn't want to give me my own money because I had pending Zelle transactions. Literally I transferred the money to US bank and they gave it to me in a matter of minutes. DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK THEY AREN'T USE TO USE HAVING MONEY UNFORTUNATELY.
