So we’ve been coming to Weiss Guys since we moved into the neighborhood back in 2013. We just recently started our monthly membership up in January 2024 for my new car and I have loved it ever since. When my husband got his new car in July we started his membership up. On Monday 8/26 I visited to get my car wash done and was told they are no longer doing the memberships. I asked what we were supposed to do if they just took our monthly membership dues out of our account. The guy seems like he did not care and didn’t have an answer. I feel like the original owners should have had some answers for the guys working so they could properly explain the situation. I had 2 monthly memberships taken out just a few days before so now I’m out $50 in total. I have submitted a charge back with my credit card company since the new owners of the car wash will not honor the existing members even though they just took the money from my account.

Great place, very friendly, always a great service provided, the only negative thing I could ever say about this business is that why on earth would it close at 5:00 p.m. as everybody is getting out of work? Most folks are going to come from work and wash their cars I would assume, why make them rush. Just my thoughts. Even 5:30 or 6:00 would be ideal

Sad to hear it's no longer family owned Weiss Guys and a new company has taken over that does not offer monthly subscriptions. We had 1 for all the cars in the family. Known them for 20 years as they used to come into the resort I worked at and pass out candy to the staff. Hopefully the new company comes in and continues the great service they have provided over the years.

The first vaccume wasnt that great after I put my money in so I moved to another vacuume. Hector, a gentleman working there saw this, so he came over apologized and gave me a token. He was kind amd paid attention. Hector fixed the vaccume right away after and had a nice happy attitude. Thanks Hector you are kool and I appreciate the helpfulness.

Keep your car clean out of bugs collected on the road. Simple car wash place with some challenges with credit card reader… must be heat but place is useful and easy car access with no issues scratching your bumper if you ride low.

Unfriendly cashier upon pulling up on 7/27 at 8:30 A.M. unhappy and horrible service. Denied something I purchased the last three times I was here. Thumbs down.

I did the self service wash consisting of a quick spray soap and a rinse which went a little over 4 minutes and I was charged $16. I will avoid this place the next time.

Self wash is open 24/7 and accepts cards. $4 for 4 minutes I believe. Nice equipment. Great place to wash a motorcycle quick! I’ll be back

This place is great! The best express wash I've experienced and have tried many others before. Also love the dog wash. It is pricey at $1 a minute but you still pay a LOT less than you would at any groomers.
