Poor customer service; we chose to order from Wayfair over Amazon however their support negates any reason to choose them. Their products are available on other sites. 30 day return window is too short when you can choose between different middlemen vendors and are building a house/just had a baby, and it has been 34 days....

Do not use this company. I’ve never dealt with a less professional group of people. My mistake for not thoroughly reviewing the customer feedback. This place is terrible.

Worst experience ever! I ordered material for a home I’m remodeling from them and it’s been 2 months and it still hasn’t arrived. It was initially supposed to ship within 2 weeks. Don’t order anything from here!!!
