“I have been taking my watches to Watch N Save since 2008. I noticed their store sidewalk board at the Fry's where I shopped. I brought in several watches in need of repair then and over the years; batteries, broken minute hand, broken glass, missing date magnifier, watch band pins etc.. First the people Owner and staff are very efficient and very friendly. Secondly, the service and repair is excellent and fixed on the spot if possible. The price of the repairs is and always has been extremely affordable. I highly recommend Watch N Save to anyone who is looking for all of the aforementioned qualities in their Jeweler. 5 stars heck...10 stars!”

“I have a wonderful Bulova watch given to me from my wife. I took it to FS mall watch repair. He got it wrong in removing the links and it looked bad and fit lose. Fortunately, I was able to exchange the watch at Costco. I took it to Lara who is a very small shop at 40th street and Indian School. He has been there over 30 years. I usually forget that Lara is there. Luckily, I remembered him this time. He adjusted the links perfectly. I am very satisfied. I will not forget him in the future. Thank you.”

“Owen was extremely helpful! My wedding ring broke after 30 years of wear and we thought replacing it was the only option. I was heartbroken because I love the ring and wasn'tfindinganythingI liked as much. He looked up our account and told us it may be able to be fixed with our metal protection plan! He sent it to be examined and assured me if it can't be fixed, they would be able to design a new setting similar to my original setting. We also ended up buying an anniversary band. Very happy with the service we received! Hoping for good news on the repair but I know if it is not repairable, Owen will make sure we get something designed that I will love.
