Apparently, on certain days, like Black Friday, you can't get battery change for your watch. It was very inconvenient and annoying.

I've bought 3 watches from watch station international including a pair of watches that I had bought one for myself and one for my best man for my wedding. Two years went by and the battery died on that very watch so I took it back into the store I bought it from to have it replaced. After replacing the battery I paid 10 dollars for their work and walked out and didn't think much about it until later that day I examined the watch closer and noticed the whole dial had been rotated. So I took the watch back and asked them to fix that. After they looked at the watch for maybe 5 minutes they determined the watch couldn't be fixed, so they had broken it. And even worse there were now plastic flakes floating around under the glass. Their solution... They sold me another watch, not even the same thing. So to recap I had to pay 10 dollars for them to break my watch and then another 40 to get a new one. I will NEVER be going back and strongly recommend all to stay clear of this scam shop.

Decent store. I found watches, by Donna Karen, that were on a great sale. My Christmas shopping has begun.This little watch store has designer watches and a pretty good selection of them. The variety of styles is somewhat limited, but was no better at the other watch shops I checked. Sales help was attentive and courteous without being bothersome.Three stars from me indicates that my expectations were met. That is where I begin my scoring. Disappointing me loses stars while pleasant surprises will earn added stars.

I went to this store about a year ago and had some of the best customer service. Marlene was particularly helpful, honest, and kind. Her manager Jarek was also very accommodating as I had an exchange. I would highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for a gift this Holiday season!
