I had never been here. I walked toward the back and as I got closer to the counter the black female working asked what I needed.I said "I think I'm going to take a look in here." While the coolers in the front are fully accessible to the public there's a weird layout and partition on the back end. So in that moment I realized that perhaps I wasn't allowed where they kept the canned beverages. (These must be easier to steal. The neighborhood isn't great.) It genuinely could have gone either way. I politely asked "Am I allowed to go back there?"The response was dripping with snark: "No, that's why I asked what do you want." My reaction was "With that attitude, nevermind." and I turned right around heading straight for the exit and she started yelling at me throwing a total fit.This lady may be absolute clueless about her tone. That's very possible. Nonetheless there is zero chance I will ever go back. This place clearly only exists to serve people within walking distance. There is nothing about selection, cleanliness, service or prices, based on my brief glimpse, that would justify it otherwise.

They have two new people and I was very unsatisfied 1st time I came she ignored me and was asking the other girl what she wanted for lunch. Second time I went, I just left she was very rude and didn’t even know the products they sell. I come all the time but with these new people I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Ok, I previously ripped these guys, however they have redeemed themselves ... they stocked the Nestles' Vanilla milk I requested them to and have kept them stocked. Recommended - check them out.
