Seriously understaffed. Receive messages prescription is ready only to arrive and be told "they're still working on it", or that it will be ready in 20-30 minutes and 3 hours later, still "working on it".

I guess I picked a good day to come here. After not being able to get my script filled at another location and no one answering calls at another , I got through on phone and was able to pick up my med within an hour

Their pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever seen waited in line in the drive thru for almost an hour . Zero communication

What is wrong with this company - they cannot seem to staff their pharmacy properly… drive through prescription pick-up takes 30-45 minutes sometimes with prescription available for pick-up and no issues.
I am going to have change my primary pharmacy because this is a JOKE.

3 stars because I’ve usually had good service from the pharmacy (aside from long wait times at the drive thru, which I think are usually justifiable). Today however I arrived at the drive thru at 1:05 with only one car ahead of me. Knowing the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2 I figured I had plenty of time for a simple pick up at my regular pharmacy. Well I waited patiently for 23 minutes for the person ahead of me to figure out whatever the heck was wrong. He left at 1:28. (Side note - when you have a complicated issue don’t use the drive thru - people are so inconsiderate it boggles the mind!)! I pulled up immediately after, and got the blinds closed in front of me with the no pharmacist on duty sign. It wasn’t 1:30 as verified by the gps on my phone - it was 1:28. I had a simple pickup of 2 scripts which I could have told the person if they asked. If you say you are closed at 1:30 then you don’t close the window on someone at 1:28 without inquiring first. If it’s a complicated matter then you tell the person to come back at 2pm. So today’s service gets 1 star. This is a simple thing to correct so I hope this feedback is considered going forward.

20 minutes waiting in line to find out my prescription is not even here ... eventhough I got a notice via email. Spoke to manager too; he barely acknowledged how bad the line is while he flirted with a coworker in the photo kiosk.

The phone system accepts your call. Then someone answers and puts you on hold. That hold call rings about 20 times and you are automatically disconnected.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! I had to switch to Walgreens due to insurance. Each and every single time they have told me my meds are ready and I get there and told it will be another HOUR AND A HALF. (After waiting in line for 25 minutes). This has happened 3 times. My med count for a NARCOTIC was missing 2 pills. My doctor has had to call them multiple times to literally babysit them to make sure they get my prescriptions. She filled them FOUR days ago and I call to see if they're ready (because they never are) and they tell me "oh we've been out of those for weeks now" NO ONE TOLD ME. No one reached out. Nothing. Spoke with the "manager" who said "we're going through a transitional phase" I have now transferred to the Walgreens on 64th St and Greenway. They are so kind and actually care about their customers. They go above and beyond to get you what your doctor has prescribed.

Had an appointment for a vaccine, waited 20 minutes just to check in and be told it would be up to 45 minutes more wait for the pharmacist. Disappointed, what a waste of time.

I called the pharmacy today to check on a prescription that was sent to be filled over a week ago to check when it was going to be in stock. Instead of staying on the automated hold they pick up the phone and immediately put me on a different hold with different music, not saying anything. After two minutes this music stops and then it defaults to ringing, and no one ever picks up. I sat with it ringing for 6 minutes the second time before I called and talked to the store manager. He took awhile to understand what I was saying and then said he was going to transfer me back over and cut me off midsentence and just sent me back to the phone line. Where AGAIN they picked up and immediately put me back on a new hold that lasted two minutes with music before it defaulted again to RINGING. The issue with this is when you are sitting with a phone ringing after you have already been on hold.. how are you in any sort of queue? How do you know it is even working? I have called this pharmacy many times and this has never happened before. My only thought is that they are trying to game their hold times with Walgreens corporate by "answering" and putting us back on hold immediately. I am as of now sitting listening to the ringing AGAIN for over 5 minutes now, refusing to hang up until I speak to someone.
