The pharmacy operation manager is rude and does not know how to bill insurance. I believe the reviews for this pharmacy/store. Don't know how most of the pharmacy staff still have a job there.

This location is horrible. The customer service is terrible and the workers tonight seemed incompetent. The only answer for an error on their end was I'm not sure you can speak with the manager tomorrow. Kyle and whoever the cashier was, were lacking in customer service. I really hate going to this Walgreens and this situation was three reason I feel this way. I rather go out of my way than go to this location or any other Walgreens. Horrible.

I thought the reviews were a little extreme until I started using this pharmacy regularly. The wait times for filling a prescription are longer than any other pharmacy I've ever been to, even for very common prescriptions that don't need any kind of special mixing or ordering. I have never NOT had an issue with insurance at this location, despite using the same insurance at other locations. I've had to explain to multiple employees how Tricare works (extremely common insurance) and have had them argue with me about it only to call Tricare to confirm pharmacy benefits and find out that I'm correct. I primarily have filled prescriptions here for my kids when they're sick, so that makes the issues even more frustrating. Waiting hours and hours or even days to get a script filled for a sick kid is unacceptable. Today was the last straw for me, though my own fault as I should have switched pharmacies ages ago. I called just to get a status update on a prescription for my sick baby and the pharmacist wouldn't tell me whether they had even received my prescription until I gave her my insurance issue for the 4th time in a row. I'll be utilizing another pharmacy going forward.

Go to literally any other pharmacy. I had waited for my prescription for an entire week while Walgreens kept telling me it was being worked on and would be available “tomorrow”. I went into the pharmacy to get some answers and they told me “we don’t order that anymore”. Had I not gone in, I would’ve never known.

Absolutely awful pharmacy!!!!! If you have a choice use ANY other pharmacy. I have had more issues with my prescriptions since I’ve started at this pharmacy than I have for my whole entire life combined. Seriously, every single Rx has some issue or another that takes literally more than a week to resolve. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

My husband and I had 3:15 PM appointments for flu shots. Got the shots at 4:15! Apparently booking an appointment means nothing. Staff was overwhelmed.

The worst service I have ever experienced as a customer. Went in to pick up the second half of a script to be told I didn’t pay for the balance of the script which was collected the night before. I was told I have to wait while they check the camera footage to make sure I did pay the previous night. No apologies for the mistakes they made nor for the accusation of being a thief.

This has been my Walgreens since next door to Safeway on Elliott. The staff has changed over the years. But I m so grateful for an understanding, competent, and caring Pharmacist Jim. I was in a bit of a crisis mode where I needed my refill taken care of pretty quickly. They're ALWAYS busy at this Walgreens, no fault of their own. But Jim took the time, made a call, and explained my situation and the final result was getting this important medication to me in a timely manner eliminating any complications. He helped me more than he can ever know and I am so grateful to Jim. He's an AWESOME Pharmacist and we hope he's there for a long time. Walgreens needs Jim. Thank you Jim you are truly appreciated by both my husband and I.

I’m not surprised at all to see this place ranked as a 2.8. I showed up at 9:55 still five minutes till 10 o’clock and there was a girl standing at the door with a mask on saying that they were closed and I said no you’re not you’re open for another five minutes and I have to get two cans of dog food that’s it. I know exactly where it’s at and it’s all I’m grabbing it was I’ll be out of here before 10 o’clock. My manager said no they’re closed, so how about you guys adjust your hours of operation to say you close at 9:55 instead of 10 o’clock because you were just open and now I have to go for 5 miles away to pick up the food that I need for my dogs. It’s ignorant and just another example of terrible leadership my management and even worse customer service.It shouldn’t matter if you’re walking out the front door and locking it. If you’re a manager and a customer needs something you take care of them. That’s lost on every employee in this store. Shocker there. You’re ranked 2.8. Doesn’t that embarrass you? If it doesnt it shows, but it absolutely should.

The register lady Fariba or whatever her name is has to be the rudest person I’ve interacted wit in this company in the last 5 years. Initially when I walked in I got side eyes with no greeting hello or anything. I didn’t care much but noticed. Then as I’m checking out her register crashes and she proceeds to tell me three times it’s because I took my card out too early? This woman tried to grab MY debit card out of my hand, when I pulled my hand away she gave me a dirty look, silently walked over to photo department without saying anything only to never return. Idk if this lady doesn’t like working the registers or if she having a bad day but she is the perfect example of an employee you do NOT want representing your company.

On hold to speak with a pharmacist now for over an hour... unfortunately this is a common occurrence for this Walgreens. have never had so many problems with any pharmacy I've ever visited as I have had with this one. It's too bad because it is so conveniently located but I will be going out of my way to visit another store. Over the course of the past 4 days I have been put on hold for over on hour twice, hung up on without speaking to anyone twice, been incorrectly told that my medication is ready for pickup when it was actually out of stock, and FINALLY after I get my prescription filled and am going through the checkout process I am told "hang on a second" and then met by the operations manager 15 minutes later who informs me that they "accidentally deleted" my prescription during the checkout process and need to get a new one sent over from my doctor. So essentially day 5 and I still haven't been able to get my medication.Something very odd is going on at this pharmacy and I will not be going back, I recommend that anyone reading this review steers clear of this location as well.
