Gabby the cashier was helpful & polite. She made me laugh & smile which made my day. The pharmacy staff are fast, courteous and efficient. I got some good deals here. I really like their service and will be back.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I called in my mom’s meds on Saturday. Came to pick up meds on Monday and they didn’t have all her med ready. Called the doctor and they already sent into to pharmacy. I come back today 6 days later they said it was filled 2 days ago. I did not receive a call or text now I’m still sitting here waiting on them to fill my mom’s prescription. When calling they pick up and phone and just put you on automatic hold. This is terrible when people need their meds and the service is this bad. Once I pick up my mom’s meds today I’ll NEVER come back. I’ll be going to CVS from here on out. This is NOT how you treat customers!!!!!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the most outstanding services I received on behalf of Diego who works in the pharmacy. It was about a month ago that I was there to get several prescriptions and he provided phenomenal customer service, as he helped me look for the prescriptions I needed thru the Walgreens app to offer me additional discounts that were available. He was very patient and so knowledgeable when assisting me. Now days it almost feels like people are just on a rush to do their job, and won’t take the time and patience to really help you. Diego took the time to help me with a smile and gave the extra mile to make sure you everything was taken care for me. This store is very lucky to have people like Diego. I thank you and tell you that I hope you continue to be successful in life.

Don't bother with this pharmacy! Plz take your prescriptions elsewhere. They kept putting off my trulicity for a month and it was excuse after after excuse they even said it had to do with my insurance even after it had been approved weeks ago.i work at the fulfillment center and see the medication all the time. It so sad that people are depending on their medication and they don't care

PHARMACY!!! WISH THEY HAD A -0 RATING!!! Every time i have to deal with this pharmacy, there is ALWAYS an issue. It seems as if there is no compassion from the pharmacy team when it comes to the people of the community. I go to this pharmacy monthly, and not cause I want to, but because I have to! I get a prescription monthly that you cannot just transfer to another pharmacy on a whim due to state regulations, which i get. Just seems like the staff has no desire to get narcotic prescriptions filled timley. I dont think they understand that, when you see the same script come thru every month, you should know by working in a PHARMACY that the side effects of not having specific medication can be life threatening and can put you in the hospital, which has happened to me due to this very reason. All because 'THE PERSON WHO HAS THE KEYS TO THE SAFE DOES NOT COME IN UNTIL 12P'. Then due to not starting the filling processed for these 'specific' medications until 12p there is now a backlog of scripts. SO LET ME BREAK THIS DOWN. Im seen by my doctor every 29 days and my script is for 28days. This means that the day of my appointment I have absolutley no medication until the pharmacy fills it. So me trying to think productively i schedule my appointment for before the pharmacy opens at 9a, so the script is there before they even come in. I get a text notification it will be ready in about 1-2 hours and it says the same on the app. 1-2 Hours rolls around and there is no update, so i call cause im now 10-12 hours without medication and im starting to feel sick aka withdrawl. I am told when I call 'THE PERSON WHO HAS THE KEY DOES NOT COME IN UNTIL 12P AND WE DONT START FILLING UNTIL THEN FOR NARCOTICS". I tell them the sick and im told by the rep on the other end with a attitude and very rude voice "THE...PERSON... WITH... THE KEYS... DOES NOT... COME IN UNTIL 12P". then im told that maybe i should have my dr send in the script the day before or a couple days before so they have it and they can get it done maybe the day before i run out. so the next month i try this and the dr sends it in a day early to be filled. so i call the day early and im told "WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME AS YOU SHOULD NOT BE OUT UNTIL TOMORROW SO WE WILL HAVE IT FILLED BY LATER TODAY BUT MOST LIKELY TOMORROW"... Now im in the same position i was in before. Oh and in case your wondering why i dont change pharmacy if this one is causing me problems.... well i tried that several times and im told that they dont have my quantity or what they have at another location is reserved for another person, or they are maxed out on ordering narcotics so they cannot take new patients or order any more meds. So being that i have been at this location they pre order my medication and have it by the time my doctor sends in the prescription, but all because they cannot schedule someone in earlier with a key for the safe, i have ended up in the ER twice and had to pay for that, and i have tried to save some medication so im not out but the pain and issues i have its not feesable. ONLY IF ONLY THEY COULD FIX THE DAMN SCHEDULE I WOULDNT HAVE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AND I WOULD NOT HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF HOSPITAL BILLS JUST TO BE LOOKED AT LIKE A JUNKY IN THE ER CAUSE IM EXPLAINING TO THEM WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE PHARMACY. This is so sad. And yes i sent this same thing to the district coorperate office.

Mediocre customer service. Walgreens as a whole is a mess. I've used paperless receipts for years. Well apparently the system is flawed. Tried to do a return and the system did not show any of my purchases. Of course I don't have a paper receipt because I do paperless receipts. It was less than $20, no reason why they shouldn't have given me cash back. Manager didn't apologize or even attempt to show any empathy. It could have make the situation so much better.

Went to the counter with valentines stuffed animals that were supposed to be 50 percent off and they didn’t honor the signage for a 5.99 toy. Didn’t move the display either. Not sure if I will be coming back except to pharmacy

This pharmacy location discriminates or is very uneducated. They are with the bridge program for those without insurance that will cover for a Covid vaccine and this lady that worked there said right away no, they no longer do free Covid shots after calling a few different locations and even the CDC they even confirmed they still do and are with the bridge program.

The pharmacist never answers the phone line. He just keeps placing me on hold. Afte answering and then putting me back through the waiting cycle 3 times, enough is enough! Your job is to tend to the patients!

This pharmacy completely sucks!!! They hardly ever answer their stinking phone and you will be left hanging, wondering if you will ever see your prescription again. In January this past year, I transferred my scripts over to CVS where I get much better service and results. Today I went to Urgent Care and the doctor accidentally sent my meds to Walgreens instead of CVS. I called them and asked them to transfer them back to CVS and they gave me the runaround. They wouldn't help me and wouldn't answer the phone when CVS called and asked for my meds! They are just horrible to deal with. Don't use this pharmacy!!!

Pick up your prescriptions somewhere else!!!! This place is unorganized and understaffed. I had to call twice to get them to send over my prescription and it is still not ready!!! My appointment was at 10am it is now 6pm and I have not received a confirmation text and using this automated service to try to call them has been HELL I have been told "please hold" at least 13 times before someone got on the phone with the wrong birthdate. The guy on the line said I would now have to wait an additional TWO hours. The guy tried to make it seem like my dentist didn't send the prescription over but little did he know I was on 3way with my dentist on the line to make sure that it has been sent out and all details were correct. He finally ended up telling me that their systems had been "down all day". This will be the last time this happens because I will never EVER get a prescription here again. Especially one that had been so painful. Transparency could have avoided this headache!!!
Update: I waited until 8pm after getting an EMAIL saying my prescription was going to be delayed until the next day. After calling and requesting for a call back from Fernando Carlos Hernandez' supervisor my prescription was magically ready!!! If I was Rosemary or any of the supervisors I would take a good long look into the practices both Fernando Carlos Hernandez and Michael Christopher Holmes who was very rude over the phone knowing that they were having system issues. I would not be surprised if something very unethical was happening in that Walgreens. Something was not right about my interaction with them!!!
