The pharmacy staff here is the best I've ever experienced. They are always willing to fill my scripts even 10 before close. They go out of the way to resolve prescription issues for people. The staff here deserves a raise.

Clearly this pharmacy is over run with customers and is short on staff but that doesn't excuse this pharmacy staff of being rude and not pay attention to customers coming in for life saving drugs. The staff is so quick to lose patience and be dismissive of any issues. Some will walk away and disappear to the back with customers standing in line. You can do better. A little patience and kindness goes a long way in helping people. This is your job.

Worst pharmacy in Arizona. Inconsistent and I’ll trained staff. Lead pharmacist will mislead and provide wrong information to cover internal mistakes and poor practices. Store manager seems to be unconcerned to initiate any steps to rectify the poor performance and service. Leaving all Walgreens at this point. Even CVS is much much better. Sad.

Worst pharmacy ever. Not enough employees? Never answer the phone, or you're on hold for 30 minutes. Scripts never filled in a timely manner. Wait forever in line ..... I'm transferring to Safeway. Good luck!

@pharmacy - Expect lot of delays. May not get accurate response on prescription status, even if you call this pharmacy! So better go to the store n keep waiting !

Bunch of layers.keep telling you that the prescription will be ready at a certain time and it is not. keep hanging the phone when I call to get a status. I switched to CVS.

Worst pharmacy known to man kind. They never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner and don’t even go over safety of the prescription with you. Avoid at all costs!

This was by far the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a customer service employee. Rhonda, the manager, did nothing but give me attitude and sass when I nicely asked about getting a refund back on my card rather than store credit. I was told I need a receipt. I told her the other employee said she would digitally email me one but I did not receive it. Rhonda told me there’s nothing she could do without a “barcode”, didn’t offer another contact info, corporate number, etc only said there’s nothing she can do and walked away from me while I was talking. She also told me she was being out through the wringer by me apparently for simply asking for a better answer than her response. I even downloaded the Walgreens app and said hey this lists my RFN number would this help? She didn’t even look and walked away again. I ended up calling corporate customer service who said that had the lady not been lazy she could have entered that RFN number and pulled my receipt up. Not only does Rhonda lack helpfulness, she clearly should not be manager since she doesn’t even know how to do managerial tasks. Disappointed in not only the horrible attitude but inability to even try to help a customer.

This afternoon's pharmacist and operation manager (10/1/23) are always unprofessional, and uncaring, they act like you're at their mercy. Also the refill system here is terrible.

The 2nd worst walgreens pharmacy customer service besides the cave creek and union hills location. The pharmacists need to be retrained in this area of the his job.
