DO NOT get your prescriptions from here. Head pharmacist just withheld my wife's pain medication for two days to "line up all of her medications on the same day"...her refill was supposed to be today. She now has to go two days without pain meds with fibromyalgia, Degenerative disk disease, Degenerative joint disease, chiari I malformation and the list goes on...WHAT THE HELL!? Even the doctor that sent the prescription in did not understand the pharmacists reasoning and argued with him over it. This is ridiculous and blows my mind that this is even legal??

My husband n I just shopped at this Walgreens. Very pleased with a young man in Pharmacy department. My husband first approached middle aged Hispanic woman n asked for an over the counter inhaler n right away she said "No" we don't have anything like that here. Then comes the young man who then says "yes we have one" n said to my husband, follow me sir, n took me right to what I was looking for. 5 stars to that young man. He was 100 percent great customer service skills. Thank you n Happy Holidays...

Terrible service, I was just looking for a passport photo and for aesthetic reasons I wanted to look good, I took a photo with my hair covering my ears and I asked him to take the photo again and he did so very reluctantly, I sincerely believe that since it is a photography service they should be more patient and careful with photo requirements

Reading some of these people really hate their lives and jobs. Destiny gave me such kind responses like “well your doctor isn’t the one that works here, I do” and “it will be ready in 2 hours” so I call back and a gentleman tells me it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. So destiny is the type of creature to lie to sick people and make them take unnecessary trips while sick. She does not belong in healthcare/pharmaceuticals(or probably any kind of actual job with those responses)

Honestly terrible Walgreens location there is homeless everywhere and the lady in the morning sucks. You can just tell she hates her job her life and everyone around her. So if you want your day ruined please stop by !!

I transferred to another Walgreens in Maricopa city & have no problems.. I went to the ER last night they didn’t update my pharmacy & of course problem after problem!!! A day later and I still have no medication & now the pharmacist is saying they never received prescription. After being on hold for over an hours I had to drive there & I was told my rx were not filled yet & at the time I confirmed all rx with pharmacy. Now my wife is there & was told they had to order the medication so I’ll have it tomorrow & when asked about the other 3 rx they have no knowledge of it!!! Tried to call & complain on hold no one’s picked up only to put me back on hold!!! Please do not ever go here!!!!

On Wednesday, January 4, 2023 between 2:10 and 2:20 in the afternoon, the Walgreens on 51ave, eh, Indian School, they didn't want to sell my mother-in-law some cigarettes because she showed a Mexican ID and the lady who served us didn't know her name, but it's American wera with a bump or red sign on her right arm said that Walgreens only accepted IDs from the United States, so it seemed somewhat illogical to me since there are many tourists in the United States and the way I see things and those who were There was an act of Racism, I did not speak to the manager because I felt very bad to be arguing but I did not want him to ignore what happened since they have been in that store twice and the same lady has behaved racist and still They have it working.

They need to start opening another register waiting 25 minutes in line and people leaving the line and leaving is not cool. Please open more registers when long lines. This happens every time thanks

Make sure you check you makeup. If it’s empty and you call for help they will tell you that you should have checked their locked products prior to purchase. Manager was beyond rude and there is nothing like having someone laugh at you when you are asking for the managements info.

The pharmacy employees are rude and brainless. If you are picking up multiple medications is lane 2 they make you get out of line and wait in lane one because they are not smart enough to send the medications through the tube separately. The techs Maria,Nayeli and Karali have no customer service. They act like they really dislike thier jobs. They make it sound like customers in the drive though are an inconvenience to thier day. Putting in a corporate complaint. Look at all the horrible reviews about the pharmacy staff.why hasn't something been done!!!

I was wonderfully helped by Matthew, the pharmacist. My doctor reordered a brand name eye drop, which should not be abruptly stopped, to treat a surgery mishap, and which my insurance said was too early to refill. Matthew listened. He found that there were no brand name drops in Phoenix, contacted my doctor to substitute generic drops, which this Walgreen's pharmacy did not have, and located them at a nearby Walgreen's pharmacy. I was even able to get the drops the same day, which assured continuous treatment. I very much appreciate Matthew's understanding, effort, trouble shooting and tremendous follow through.

There was not even a line and 1 women working who was helping some others on the other counter. I was waiting for about 15 minutes till finally a women in a blue shirt came from it looks like the back. Who still didn't help and ended up waiting for another 5 minutes. Definitely needs chairs available or new employees who actually no how to get the job done. If I was not so close to home and if I didnt go right after work I could have left but needed it done. All I needed was to drop off my FedEx package
