The mangers helped me with my phone that was not charging properly. I kept trying call lyft to take me back to the shelter,my phone was not going thur it would not take a charge to finish my verification to schedule my ride (mean while I kept going out side out to check if they send me a ride)finally I chargerd my brick to charge my phone yes!! I got my ride
Sent to me with verification. I want to thank the managers & worker for Being patient and understanding to my problem. I was in the store for 3 hours ..

This WALGREENS PHARMACY, McDowel and 7th street in Phoenix usually gives, good customer service. Was why I drive miles to this location to get prescriptions. Mind you it is a Sunday and seems to be only 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy tech. BUT I WALKED IN PERSON TO FILL 1 script. Other pharmacies around the city when I walk in person say, the wait may be 15-20 MINUTES, but usually is even shorter than that. THERE ARE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE WAITING AT THE PHARMACY. Hey I Am a nurse. I know how it is. I know they have calls for refills. MAYBE OVERWHELMED. TODAY THE PHARMACY TECH, PHARMACISTS AND STORE MANAGER ESPECIALLY TURNED ME AWAY WITH A SMILE. VERY FIRM ABOUT IT BEING 30 TO 45 minute wait. WITH NO CONCERNS. MANGER JUST SMILED EVEN WHEN I MENTIONED WRITING THIS GOOGLE REVIEW as if he had NO CONCERNS AT ALL. I rarely need scripts filled. So I don’t do automatic refills. perhaps big pharma prefers sicker people to serve. Disappointing. I Finally made time to drive over. Waisted trip. As they say. WELCOME TO WALGREENS.

I went to the cashier to withdraw money from my lyft debit card as I usually do with s cashier and the cashier said they only do cash back and that I can use the ATM I said oh okay I went to other Walgreens and they did it. The employee goes well that's them not us and makes a face. I gave her no energy I won't be returning to this Walgreens, who has time for negative energy

Everytime I come to this location, there's always homeless people sleeping outside, people always stealing and there's always someone outside waiting at the entrance door trying to sell drugs or ask for money. I'm done coming here and I told the manager to invest in a 3rd party security company but they clearly won't.

I live in Phoenix Arizona and something I'm seeing is no handheld carts. I happen to be in a wheelchair and therefore can't do shopping like I would like to. Employees say the carts are getting stolen so they took them out. The reality what about people in wheelchairs? This is not fair to us and feel we are being punished for something we didn't do. Walgreens is punishing us for something we didn't do and taking away from our ability to be able to get our shopping done. I want to see the handheld shopping carts put back in or maybe file an ADA complaint.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pharmacy is incompetent and gave my prescription to another person and left me with no solutions other than being forced to drive to another store to get the prescription they gave away. Basically, if you have serious medications that need to be filled go somewhere else because they could careless if you don't receive or take your medication on time and will give it to someone else! :)

I live within a mile of this store, but whenever possible I will drive a few miles out of my way to go to a different location. There are so many things wrong with thIs location, but I will just name two & they are so important when choosing a regular drug store to go to that two points of contention is all one needs to base this on.1) ALL employees, including the management are downright RUDE. Im not talking about the occasional bad day. Im talking in my monthly trip for 20 yrs straight (i drive to other locations the other 2 times per month i need to go) they are NEVER KIND OR HELPFUL. They are so beyond unapologetic about this character flaw as well. When I say unapologetic, that includes Refusing to actually take ownership of any and all errors made on their part. And, if that wasn't bad enough they do this with severe attitude. I honestly don't think I've EVER seen one of them actually smile in all the 20 yrs of going there. For instance, I had a (1) photo magnet printed there the other day & didn't bother to look at it until I arrived home, common, it's ONE photo!! When I did I found a huge scratch along the face in the picture. We all know so far how difficult it is for me to go there to begin with. But, its the principle and it was a gift. The photo printing dept had ONE PHOTO TO GET RIGHT...and they failed. So upon my returning it to make this right the manager came up & after I explained very nicely what had happened she silently took the photo and walked away with no words explaining what will happen next. Upon my shopping and coming back I went to take the newly printed photo and I couldn't even receive a "I'm sorry for the error and inconvenience". Not one word. What is WRONG WITH PEOPLE??????? I call them Zombies now. They were taken over by body snatchers and turned into clones with no substance, personality or soul!!!2) HOMELESS. Plan on either diverting the long way to your car to avoid being asked for money, or if you are like me then plan on bringing extra $$ each time you go, because this place does NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM.Stay AWAY YO!!
