I moved and this Walgreens is my closest. I stopped in and inquired how to transfer my location. The young was very nice and helpful.

Never use this place for passport photo they charge more than Walmart, Fedex and CVS I paid around $18 for just 2 photosthat they took then they asked for around $37 for 4 more , I dont think it should be this much for reprint since they are not taking photos again, so you know I paid $16 for 6 photos online at Walmart, i should have taken my own photo and Walmart would have made it to passport configuration, i have best Canon and Sony camera they use a cheap old purple color compact camera , while i was walking around all food items are by far more expensive than Walmart , Frys Food City, WinCo so dont buy any food item there either, they are a rip off , that is why even for medications i switched to CVS pharmacies

I’m giving Walgreens corporation one star. Why would a prescription for a generic drug be $300 at Walgreens and at Costco for that same prescription $24? This should be illegal.

Had an urgent prescription sent, and when they called they left a voicemail and informed me that there was a delay due to an insurance issue. When I called the store I was on hold for 45 mins then disconnected. I called back to speak to someone in a different department and they told me the pharmacy was closed today because someone called off, and their only suggestion was to try a different store. I asked if that was actually a possible solution, and was told "yeah I'm not sure honestly." Completely unacceptable

I will never use this Walgreens Cave Creek Road in Union Hills pharmacy again. I spoke to the pharmacist this morning and he refused to fill my prescription. I have been using the pharmacy at Greenway and Cave Creek Road for close to 15 years. They were excellent. They are closing on February 20 and have moved everything over to the Pharmacy on Union Hills And Cave Creek Road. I can’t believe how bad the pharmacist is there. He made me feel absolutely humiliated about the medication I am taking. I felt so bad after talking to him. I can’t believe that a pharmacist is allowed to speak to a customer in this manner. I asked him to look at my Walgreens records from the other location. He refused to look at my records. And refused to fill the order that my doctor had called in. I will continue to reach out to everybody. I can to let them know about the pharmacist at this location, Cave Creek Road in Union Hills.

The pharmacy is bad and the manager in the pharmacy sucks. My doctors office messed up and my partner picked it up, it was the wrong medication. And costed $60, I have gotten the same medication outside in the past for $35. We didn’t even know this was the one that they sent. Went back and tried to explain it and he didn’t even care. Very bad attitude. Sounded like a racist. Changing my pharmacy and would never go back to this location. They even lied about explaining how to use the medication when it was clearly a topical ointment that they gave instead of pills and didn’t explain anything. Clearly lying. I mean I don’t even know if they are qualified enough to work here and talk all lies.

Employees are doing what they can, they don’t have staff or processes set up to manage simple vaccine administration. Appointments don’t matter, walks ins will go ahead of you. They will get to you when they get to you.Walgreens should do better for their employees and customers.

Worst pharmacy ever. They told me an hour. When I called after an hour, they told me another hour. They blamed it on the holidays. But the holidays were 5 days ago. No excuse. I would go elsewhere but I am stuck with this location.
