The manager of the store that was working the photo counter today has no customer service skills whatsoever. They messed up an order that I paid for ahead of time online that I need it for my business and instead of showing me any sympathy, he just said stuff happens. Learn how to address customers. I am seething with anger and this is affecting my clientele and as a professional individual I will never pick Walgreens for my photo needs again.

This location apparently is understaffed . Long phone wait times and getting a script filled same day unlikely . Had a script sent over at 4pm on a weekday and it still wasn't even processed by noon next day ?

This Walgreens is the way Walgreens alwaS has been. The ladies in the front are kind, friendly and very quick to help you or just chat.The pharmacy is also very quick Chris the Pharm is awesome and kind to my wife all the time she picks up our medications.They have a FedEx store and it's great.Highly recommend this Walgreens!!

David the "shift lead" horrible customer service. I came in just for a photo pick up and the whole interaction with him was horrible he acted like I was bothering him. I really don't need you to go above and beyond for me but at least be respectful. Go somewhere else for your photos.

Had to return a package through FedEx which they stated this place as a print label and send package off facility. Easy right?! Well soon as I walk in and ask clerk(Jennifer) can I send off my package she immediately states no we don't but you see the place right across the street he can do it because he has a printer. I asked was she sure and for her name for this very reason because she sent me from bad to worse.
