Lack of customer service here and structure. We pulled up and went into the far lane, literally nobody even acknowledged us. After 10 minutes we reversed and pulled behind the car in the left lane with the window, they left and we pulled up still nobody said anything to us, then a car pulled into the lane and they helped them. Lol. So 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask how can I help you.

Terrible customer service. I picked up a medication on a Thursday, was told by the tech my second medication would be ready the next day (because they are always out of everything. What kind of pharmacy is consistently out of a medication?) I call on Saturday to make sure the prescription is ready before I go over to get it, and I'm told there's no record of that prescription. Your own pharmacy tech told me it would be ready the next day!
I don't know what cracker jack box these folks got their pharmacology education from, but avoid this circus at all costs. Luckily, there are around 15 other pharmacies nearby. Go to one of those.

Just so everyone on AHCCCS is fully aware this is the ONLY pharmacy that does not take the information. Cvs, frys, Walmart, Sam’s club even Costco. Not Walgreens. Knew there was a reason I never shop at Walgreens ? Oh and they’ll make you wait an hour for your prescription.

This isn’t a 24 hour pharmacy now , it’s the only reason I picked this place .. have gone back twice to get prescription that was suppose to be filled and still not ready .. short staffed they are .. maybe they should have a better system in place and share pharmacy employees and not have so many in pharmacy’s even open if service can’t be provided .. always long waits at any walgreens .. I’m done with this chain

Within the past week I spoke with three pharmacy staff by phone, picked up two prescriptions from technicians and all of the staff was very helpful and caring. Keep up the good work.

The pharmacy is no longer open 24hrs Monday-Friday closes at 11pm Saturday-Sunday closes at 9pm but the store itself is still open 24hrs.

Update 3/2024: This pharmacy has new staff and they are amazing! Sr. Technician Stephen and Pharmacist Shany went above and beyond for me and my family. Stephen by far has the best customer service skills I’ve seen from any technician. He followed up with me multiple times and even called the doctors office for me since he understood my complex situation. Shany the pharmacist also understood the situation and provided the upmost care and service, she came through for my family when we needed it the most. I’m so grateful these two are working at my local pharmacy and they give me a reason to want to use this pharmacy again!
3/2023: This pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone so don’t bother calling. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I originally dropped off a prescription there and after I handed the girl the prescription she said it would be ready in a couple hours. I said “that’s it?” as in “you don’t need anymore information from me?” and she said yep that’s it. So I left. 30 mins later I get an automated phone call saying my prescription couldn’t be filled because of an insurance issue. I just started a new job so I realized I hadn’t given them my new insurance info and the girl never verified anything. So the script was never filled. A few days later I give them a call once I had my new ins info, man answers and I tell him my script wasn’t filled so I needed to give them my new info. He asks for my DOB and asks what the script was and proceeds to tell me it’ll be ready today and was about to hang up on me. I said wait it’s not going to go through because I need my ins info updated. He says ok I’ll get you on the phone with our staff, I wait on hold while it tells me there are 2 people ahead of me, finally it goes down to 1 person, then eventually I’m next. Instead of someone answering the phone, I hear the hold music stop the phone rings, then after a couple mins of ringing the hold music starts again. This alternating hold music and ringing repeats for almost a half hour. The people ahead of me in the queue probably just hung up rather than getting helped. I was so frustrated that I just drove to the pharmacy right then, the whole while keeping my phone on the call, which they never answered. When I showed up there was one person in line, then I was helped. She took my ins info right away and said it’ll be ready in 15 mins and asked me to wait at the chairs. She said the only people who answered the phones are them at the front, there’s no back office. I stood there for 20 mins watching them and although the phone was constantly ringing, not one of these 5 people answered the phone. One girl even went on break. I eventually got the automated call that my script was ready, but instead of someone calling me up there to get it, I waited while more people walked up in line and the cashier continued to take each one. Finally I told them my script was ready and asked if someone could give it to me since there was a never ending line of people that were walking up. I wasn’t going to stand there all evening. The girl who had went on break earlier rung me up, gave me my script, and sent me on my way, never asking if I needed a consult, which I should have had since it was a new prescription. If I could go back I would have taken my script to CVS.

Workers are always rude. There is always a problem with my prescription. This will be my last time dealing with Walgreens.
