I am a black individual and EVERY single time i come here i have employees following me. Employees talking relatively loud about stealing around me, ect. I even got followed outside, even despite me hoping into my tesla... and carrying a LV bag while inside and wearing my scrubs. So why in gods name would i steal knowing i have money and could lose my job or worse. Now it's not all employees it's only that lady that works in the beauty department with an accent. I used to love this walgreens but it's employees like her that ruin it. Something desperately needs to be done about this woman. This is so embarrassing

Good Walgreens with so many goodies in it! I wanted to buy it all. Clean place with a good pharmacy, not big wait lines either in cashiers or the back of the house. People were greeting as you enter the place. You can find great Christmas stuff to gift your loved ones. And many house and personal essentials. Deff my fav Walgreens

what I love about this Walgreend on desert foothills parkway and chandler is small town feel . the custome service is superior . from Doreen at the Register to the REO incredible pharmacists, it makes going through medical issues or just day to day life so much more healing, joyful and easy. thank you !!

Felt inclined to leave a review because of how great Xae's costumer service was. My fiancé and I came in for a refund of some photos we ordered that we simply did not like quality of how they turned out. After calling Walgreens costumer service, they said it was no problem, to simply return to the Walgreens the photos were ordered from and Walgreens would be more than happy to do the refund. On arrival to Walgreens, the older lady who helped us was very opinionated and defensive- not understanding why we did not like the photos. Almost as if the return would impact her own paycheck. She called Xae to come help us and he immediately helped us out very quickly and politely. We appreciate his costumer service in not making us feel like an inconvenience as the older lady did.

My experiences here have been ok but trying to pick up a prescription today was not so much. I had left a prescription for something they did not have in stock, but said they would call around and call to tell me where I could get it. No one called. I went in today hoping they had it, but they didn't. The pharmacy tech seemed to be quite bothered with me, not even looking at me when talking to me. For what the big pharmacy companies make, they could work on their "front end" a bit.

So the pharmacist is the best ever. He is knowledgeable and remembers his patients and always is professional and friendly but that's the best thing I can say about this location. The ladies that run the front don't like actually doing their job, and lord forbid they have to do a price check if something rings up wrong which often does.

Deven greeted me when I entered the store! Griscel asked me could she be of help! Totally impressed with this store! I always get what I am looking for and it is very convenient! Such a gem to have in the neighborhood! Keep up the great work!!

Pharm tech is rude and should not still be working here. I understand that people are overwhelmed with the work load right now but to be consistently rude to customers is not ok. She has a horrible attitude and clearly hates her job. A please, thank you and have a nice day goes along way, esp after the customer says it to you. It takes a second to be nice to people especially when you are getting paid to be there "helping" people. This is the 4th time it has happened in the last 6 weeks. Fire her!!

TERRIBLY rude staff. Take covid measures to the extreme and are very unhelpful. Sorry to say that they are unpleasant and would prefer driving further to go to a different Walgreens.

I needed an anniversary card for my dad right quick. So I hoped in the store and picked one up. The cashier was friendly and even took the extra step to ask "did you find everything you were looking for"? This level of hospitality is always appreciated and rarely seen. I will definitely be back!!

Two bad experiences at this Walgreens location on Chandler at Desert Foothills Parkway in Ahwatukee. One, I tried to return a Walgreens mail order item here -- the wrong item was shipped. This store refused to give a refund and only provided a Walgreens gift card, for the exact amount in question. Two, I came here to return an exchanged propane tank that was LEAKING PROPANE. The cashier looked at me askance and acted like I was trying to get away with something. She went and talked to someone else and she wasn't going to allow a return (i.e., another tank exchange) until I insisted. When finally she gave the refund and rang up the transaction for another tank, I saw that the exchange tanks were on sale now, so I got the newly filled tank for a cheaper price. So that's why the suspicion, like I was a crook or something. Well, that was a despicable experience. I don't blame Walgreens for a leaking tank, but an apology for having sold me a dangerous propane tank would have been more appropriate than treating me like a shoplifter. CREEPY.

The pharmacy here used to be great when Jude managed it. Now they gave an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses who does nothing but make you feel like your an intrusion to his day. He quickly rings up your RXs without a review and never asks if you need a consult. This is not only poor customer service but an egregious medical oversight. My family spends over $300 a month on meds at Walgreens and we have been using them for years. After today that is changing. Good bye to our business Mr. Indifferent.
