My sister just had a knee replacement and sent me a picture of the bandage she needs when she cleans her knee tonight, I asked the pharmacist for help and All she said " It's over there" She wouldn't even help me find them,.My poor sister suffering while I'm trying to get her stuff, ? And I had a lot of stuff, I just put my stuff down and I'm heading to the other one where they are nice and helpful,, ????

I stopped at this location for the first time last weekend, to purchase 2 Wet + Wild pink lip gloss. On the shelf nearby, I spotted a bright red nail polish called Sally Hansen Insta-Dry 'ASAP Apple'. I was looking for this bright color for a while but chose to skip this brand due to price and was waiting for a sale instead. The night cashier was polite and used his registered phone number for me for any further discounts after the sale on the 2 lip gloss.Later that week, I was in the neighborhood again and decided to stop by to grab that red nail polish (there was only 1 in stock) before it's too late, along with 2 other colors of the same brand: darker pink 'Sleek-a-boo' and 'Espresso'. Day cashier "Blake" [dumb name for the poor guy, no wonder] gave me $1.00 off upon my request, but he messed up when he failed to print a receipt unbeknownst to me and handed me the bag with a slight uncomfortable look. Suspicious, I opened the bag outside and lo & behold- no receipt with my purchase! I walked back in and sternly demanded the receipt. He went in the back room to print out a copy. I noticed that it didn't look attractive like the in-store plus other valuable info. He didn't know a better way to resolve what I paid for, so I did his job and advised him to refund my purchase and then checkout so I could get the exact receipt that I was supposed to have had(!) He didn't know how to do that esp when he asked for my ID, and I had to tell him it's not required with a credit card purchase. He also said he thought the receipt was being e-mailed, and I told him I didn't pick that option and was not registered with Walgreens online(!) Got my receipt= mission accomplished. What a big fool he was :(However, I get to enjoy my new pretty nail polish :)

You really want an update on my review? I can't imagine. Nevertheless, all I can say at this point is, it's been months since my encounter with Justin, the ass in the pharmacy. I still cannot go back into that store. Every time I see a Walgreens ad and I hear about your "friendly Walgreens pharmacist", I still feel outraged. I cannot imagine that this clown is still working there or anywhere for that matter. He is beyond inappropriate. Enough of an update? Good..

So I just barely got off the phone trying to explain that the my insurance supposed to cover this specific med but the pharmacist decided to cut me off and just hang up the phone on me so it’s pretty nice I guess since pharmacists don’t want to deal with customer calls lol

Worst pharmacy in Phoenix. The pharmacy doesn’t stay open 7 days a week like most regular pharmacies. This one closes at least once a day almost every single week because of staffing issues leaving patients out in the cold. I canceled my prescriptions and went to another pharmacy in the past, I don’t know why I decided to use this pharmacy again. They suck completely they don’t even need to be open. They need to close permanently and send patients to better pharmacies in the area. At least no one will be without their prescription.

I can't say enough about how disappointed I am that this Walgreens is pretty much worthless. Pharm was closed, the employees had no idea, and they held my prescriptions hostage. Moved everything to the Walgreens on 19th Avenue and Bethany Home. They were helpful.

Two girls and a guy at the front counter on their phones. No greeting , no hello , nothing. I said hello and no response. Face buried in their phones. So tired of these corporations hiring people who don't give a s*** about customer service. Not that anyone cares, we will go somewhere else.

Went to Walgreens not too long ago and the staff was friendly. Stephany, the young lady at the register, made me feel welcomed and also made me feel genuinely happy as I was exiting the store :)

Great staff and loved the drive up pharmacy at 19th and Northern. Only wish they would direct people with looong orders to come inside or take a drive around the building. Let us with quick pick ups go through quicker. We did 25 minutes one time. 2 cars ahead. Always very nice attendance and appreciate trying to get us through the line.
