On march 25 9 am. A newer black staff was very rude I paid for my son’s meds. Never got them he was talking his. Time on purpose. My son has pace maker and needs. The antibiotic. Very unprofessionalI was in the drive. Thur I didn’t catch. His name it’s terrible. That he would. Play with important medication like this I am filling out a formal complaint

I placed an online order and was told it would be 30 mins. Then I received a message saying it was delayed. Another 30 minutes later I walk into an empty store and I find what I ordered on the shelf. I grabbed it myself and took it to the front. They then told me to take it to photo where they just checked something on their phone said I was good and laughed when I turned around to walk out. What's the point of curbside pickup if I'm still going to have to go inside and do it all myself.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the drive-through for a prescription pick up. Sat there for 29 minutes. For 20 minutes, NO communication whatsoever from anybody. Pushing the button asking for help and they couldn’t have the decency to pick up the other line to let us know what was going on. Shameful and horrible work ethic. Watched many cars leave the line to go inside only to see they got helped faster as they drove away. Get better help or close one of the lanes. They can’t multitask at all. You have to better Walgreens at hiring people.Visited in 10-31-2022 at 4:07/4:39pm.

Waited an hour past my scheduled time for a flu shot. Had to leave for work at that point. Never got my shot. No idea what was going on there.

Where do I begin? The overall customer service is like trying to interact with a rival gang. Customers are treated like the enemy. One feels like thier actual safety is in jeopardy if he or she has a question. Thats over the whole store-every section. The pharmacy is advertised to close at 10pm, however-yet again it is closed before 5pm. EVERY pharmacy employee is condescending and apathetic to the Customers need. If you don't like dealing with people that need medication then don't get a job in an industry that distributes medication. I hope the the corporate offices in Colorado monitor Yelp and or the online comments/complaint submissions. They are open to litigation for false advertising for losing at thier leisure instead of the advertised time. I WISH I HAD THE RESOURCES TO BRING A LAWSUIT AGAINST WALGREENS AS I AM LIVID.

It states pharmacy closes at 10pm every time I have showed up at 4:30 pm it's closed . This is bs people plan their day if the online schedule says 10pm stay open . Or send a text to everyone that pharmacy is closing early again . This store has become a joke ! I will be transferring my meds to a different store this has happened 3x . The store manager is a joke as well !

This pharmacy has become garbage over the last 4 months, they are understaffed and the first few months I understood but instead of regaining staff and giving the customer what we deserve, good customer service but instead 4 months in a row of mistakes. I called 3/18/2022 11:04am and spoke with someone who is not only miseducated on her job but she was highly trained in being rude. I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and I highly suggest you do if you don't like being "toyed with" over prescriptions I've been filling for 20 years.

Extremely poor service from Walgreens pharmacy. If I could give this location a zero, I would! I picked up some medicine for my Husband and wanted clarity on the dosage instructions....we were on hold for 35 minutes! Each time it rung it went straight to hold again. This is the poorest customer experience of any pharmacy I've ever had! Walgreens on Baseline and 7th, you are part of the problem when it comes to health care in this country...hire people who actually give a damn about their job!

It a fight and so fustrating to have to go through that every month! I been a customer 18 years with same medication and they can not have it ready when they give a time. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Walgreens today to use my OTC disability benefits card. I take a lot of meds. So half way through my shopping, I had to urinate. I'm on diuretics and usually only go where restrooms are available. You need a code to get into the restroom. I wait by the bathroom and my daughter takes the basket and asked a lady (Chelsea) for assistance. So not like we are gonna steal anything. My daughter continues shopping and goes to pay at the cash register. I'm still waiting by the bathroom, so I go to see why somebody hasn't let me in or gave me a code. The lady does not acknowledge me until I asked who my daughter asked for assistance and my daughter says the cashier(Chelsea) Chelsea then rudely says she could call somebody but they're busy, so she doesn't know if they'll be able too! Again the bathroom takes a code! There was one other customer there. Busy? Oh and don't let me forget there was a guy walking around the store with a cane and she called assistance to make sure that he didn't steal the cane so there was assistance to watch him but not to let me into the bathroom, so I left. I did spend 170.00 there and will never go there again! Nobody deserves to be treated so badly. Is it that hard to be nice?

Wow these pharmacists are amazing! I’ve been sitting here for 20 min waiting for my vaccine (not complaining about that, I was late so I’m just happy they could fit me in!) But in that time I’ve had the pleasure of watching them work with customer after customer. They have been so patient with people working through insurance issues, or trying to get vaccinated, etc. All of the pharmacists just seem so kind and helpful. It’s really nice to see and I’d highly recommend this pharmacy!

This is a great Wallgreens pharmacy. I rarely ever have any issues with medication not being available, wait times etc. If I use a coupon they don't complain and they will keep on file for me so I don't have to find one every month. They seem to have staff that lasts for quite a while. I've used this location for about 8 years and the employees seem to stay for multiple years. There is always at least one staff that knows my name and medications just because we have done so many transactions together. Most are very kind and helpful, pharmacy's /insurance can be stressful so I am so appreciative of this good customer service. I can only think of one time that a person was rude to me, and I'm there at least twice a month. Thank you to the Pharmacy team at this Wallgreens- you rock!
