So 1st I will start with the positives... I just got off the phone with FIONA in the pharmacy. She was ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL, KIND , FRIENDLY and had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A plus to FIONA!!! This was A GREAT DAY!!! Yesterday... Not so much, Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman at the drive-thru nor the pharmacist which was also a woman. I will let Walgreens Corporate figure that out. It was Wednesday,1/18/2023 at 5:18pm. The drive thru woman had a long black ponytail and I believe the pharmacist was the one listed as this locations pharmacist. They were both EXTREMELY RUDE and I feel acted this way once they saw that my script was for Suboxone. They did not have my entire script and the dosage was also called in wrong and they both acted as if I was a POS trying to obtain something that was not legally called in for me by a licensed physician. Then when telling me that they did not even have half my prescription they were sure to tell me that they definitely would not have it on the weekend and my physician was entirely aware that they were not able to fill my entire script. My physician was absolutely not informed of this and it was a complete lie. Anyway... I hope that these 2 are at least given the information that my script is to assist me in overcoming an addiction and that people that are prescribed this are actively trying to better their lives and seeing physicians or the whole prescription would not be there in the first place. I am also attending 5 day a week intensive outpatient treatment and dealing with rude people like those 2 are absolutely unnecessary and unfortunate.

I never know when the pharmacy will be open. I've used them for many years and never had problems until recently. They need to take the g pharmacy hours down and replace with TBD. it's not right when you go to pickup your meds and they are closed during the posted working hours. I've begun switching my orders to another pharmacy.

Not happy with pharmacy service because twice they've closed down for an entire day without notice. You just go and there's a sign telling you that. Update: random closing with no notice is still happening. Sometimes you speak to them in the morning and when you go a few hours later they're closed without notice. The staff is competent \u0026 usually personable. I'm about to go pick up the last order I'll have filled there, if they don't close before I can get there. I have stuck it out because of the proximity to home but I can't continue to run out of medications because they close. If you're going to go here I recommend that you call shortly before you go to check they're actually there.

Don’t transfer your prescriptions here. Sometimes they are randomly closed due to being short staffed. They hold prescriptions for days even after your doctor releases them. They are not nice or friendly. Just save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I live less than 10 minutes away but I have to allow at least 45 minutes to pick up a prescription even if I go at a less busy time. I have had days where I had to go back multiple times because I just couldn't wait. And the staff is not customer friendly.

Come on down to Walgreens where there is no line but come on in and wait at the pharmacy to get a flu shot. That's right come on down and wait while nobody is here and get charged $32.00 to sit around and wait while not one customer is here. Just want a FLU shot and go about my business.

I tend to refer to this as our monthly dance. I'll submit my refill request for my monthly medication and received a nice email confirmation containing a confirmation number. If all goes well, I'll receive my order a few days later. If something goes wrong, however... Big Trouble. Their preferred move is to skip the filling of my prescription and pretend I never submitted the request. When I go to their website to check the status of my order, it doesn't exist. If I call the pharmacy, they tell me to call the online pharmacy. When I call them, they tell me they don't have the order. When I give them the confirmation number, they don't have any record of it. IT'S IN THE EMAIL I RECEIVED! This has been going on for months. The convenience of the online pharmacy is outweighed by their incompetence.

Worse pharmacy ever. Prescription was sent Monday morning before they opened. Needed script by Wednesday. Got text notification saying there were out of stock Monday. I hear nothing Tuesday I call the pharmacy and ask about the status. I am told it would be in the following business day. Come in Wednesday they do not have it. Was first told it was back ordered and they have no clue when it would be in. Then was told their supplier had 3 in stock but they simply just didn't order it when they got the script. Get a second script sent in for needles. They don't have in stock after they promised my dr office they had it and would fill the script within an hour. Then they asked if a thicker needle will be okay. When I told them no that the needles are for a child the woman working the counter gave me a look like it wasn't a big deal. Not to mention the ENTIRE time the pharmacist would not come talk to me himself and EVERY question I asked the slow counter lady would have to walk back to ask the pharmacist. Took 45+ minutes to figure out about needles.

I have been using this pharmacy for atleast 10 years now and I have never had a problem with the staff or my medications. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. They go through their verification process very smoothly and if their is a problem with the insurance information they have no.problem getting on the phone to verify. if they find that the medication is cheaper they will bring that up to you. love the service!!!!
