This place is a disaster. Horrible service and if you try calling the pharmacy, forget it. No one answers. This place needs new management asap

The drive-thru pharmacy is the only redeemable part of this Walgreens. Their pharmacy staff are great, but the rest of the store is a giant hot mess. I went in today to buy some OTC meds and necessities and was greeted at the door by someone coming down from what I can only assume was a heroin bender, harassing me. Outside there was trash strewn everywhere. Staff were nowhere to be seen to help. Found them checking out way back in the photo department. I had been standing by the register awhile and the line was growing. Was told to go check out across the store. So I joined the line and waited and waited. Then was told to go back up front to check out again. Three times waiting in line. What was supposed to be a five minute allergy meds trip turned into over 30 minutes. I'm just going to only use the drive thru from now on. Terrible customer service.

The young man (David) at the counter today was outstanding. He showed real customer service to a woman in front of my that was confused. He went above and beyond to help her. Very impressive

I have tried to transfer my prescriptions to this location for the past couple of months now with hopes it’ll be more convenient since I moved, but oh how I was wrong! No one seems to document anything, says the have nothing on file, makes you repeat yourself every time you call, and continuously wait for an answer if they ever do pick up the phone. The speed of their drive-thru service is just as bad. I’ve spoken to the pharmacy manager [Stephanie] about the lack of customer service I’ve received and neither she nor the rest of the employees take accountability for their lack of efficiency or knowledge. They need to be re-trained and do better!

yesterday was my first time at this location. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the staff! an older lady I believe to be the manager had to remove a person attempting to steal products. The way she handled the situation was amazing and very professional! She was very calm yet stern. The issues aren't with Walgreens but more of a problem in the area itself.

So I'm guessing the homeless run that store now. Don't bother complaining to staff. They seem to care about the homeless more than the actual customers.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been to, not one employee cares about the store, the FedEx label maker hasn't worked for 3 months according to the lady working there, wasn't sure if she was telling the truth or didn't want to help me.

Completely overrun by violent homeless people. They will go behind you in aisles and steal and use you as a coverup. Had a different homeless person come up TO MY CAR and start yelling at me to give him money. What can you expect though.

I never go to Walgreens or cvs, but I went recently to get my daughters passport photo taken here. Pretty straightforward service. Took about 10 minutes start to finish and the store isn’t ever really busy so it was smooth. Also a hotspot for the less fortunate.

I was in the pharmacy drive thru for 1hr and the skinny kid who wear glasses saw me andThen turned around and help a customer who wasn't even there yet help them and skipped me several times
