Went to the pharmacy waited in line and pulled up to the window at 558 the woman waited until 6 to come to the window to say if you weren’t at the window at 6 then we are closed when she actually just closed early. Not cool.

the employees are really friendly, but the manager whos name is daniel is really rude and he raised his voice at me in front of other people at the store telling me thats all of my transactions had to be used at the same time and not on different occasions and i buy these products for my dad whos currently ill and cant leave the house, he also got mad at me for using MY coupons that Walgreens gives me overall really upset with the manager and his unfriendly demeanor, dont know how people like him end up in a higher up position

I call to see if my prescriptions was ready the guy who answered the phone was not polite, they need people with better customer or give them training on how to provide good customer service

Worst customer Service in pharmacy department . They always have an an attitude when I go. You call to ask a question and it's the end of the world for them. If I can give it negative stars I would. Definitely need to be taught customer service or if they have personal issues they should just stay away from customers.

Called in a prescription and got the call that it's ready for pickup. I see that they close at 6pm and closed for the weekend so I leave work to pick up at 2:30 and they are CLOSED . Apparently the pharmacist is on vacation and they had coverage this morning and someone else was supposed to show up but did not. Of course they can't transfer my prescription either. I've had issues in the past here so this is the last straw. Pulling my prescription immediately. Never coming back here again.

Coming to this walgreens is always heart warming and welcoming. When I go to pick up prescribed medication, there is this young lady named Diana she is wonderful! I love being attended by her very welcoming! She is the go to person, making my days better when walking in. 100% recommend being attended by her!

Pharmacy refused to give me my prescription. Waited 40 minutes to have them dangle the bag in front of me at the register only to take it away.Transferred to a supermarket pharmacy and no problems. There was no reason for this behavior other than they were having a bad day. Not worth the trip or your time.They look angry and confused in the pharmacy.

I made an appointment for rapid COVID test yesterday, I got a conformation email giving me all the instructions. I get here 10 minutes before my appointment, after a short wait someone comes to the window to tell me they are out of testing kits ??? really? Why couldn’t you send an email or call me to notify me. I could’ve made an appointment somewhere else and not waste a whole day not knowing if I have COVID or not. So annoying.

So i ran into this rude cashier Mike here at walgreens..im a doordasher and everytime i pick someone orders up i put in my number because i mean its just outa force of habit..well ol mikey boy old gentleman caucasian tells me im not suppose to..and i say well noones ever told me not to your the 1st..like bro acts like im tryn rob the company for millions of dollars lmfao anyway i was quite offended i dont need some cashier implying i am in the wrong or like im stealing from him..like sir please mind your business..anyways i found it rude and none of his business if he has a problem he should reach out to doordash or Walgreens corp its sad customers and ppl working for walgreens aswell have to feel like they are a criminal..im sure of i was of his ethnicity he wouldnt have said nothing..
