We took our 6 year old Havanese here for grooming in april 2024 . The cute business name got my attention . This was the worst grooming job that we ever had . It must have been an untrained groomers first job . We would never go back ! Ed Gallagher

Shelby did a phenomenal job with my rescue Sammy. She was able to cut his nails which causes him anxiety. Shelby also did a great job with his hair cut and wash. I have a new groomer for Sammy

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER - I have been going to Wag N Wash for many years. Their groomer Shelby is awesome. However,, since the new ownership took over (Bark if You're Dirty) it seems like the customer service has changed and not for the better. I was treated very poorly over the phone by the assistant manager. I think the front counter can be extremely busy and there's a lot of activity going on. My issue was something that could have been addressed reasonably. Instead, I was given a flat out NO. After many years of going there, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I will miss Shelby, the groomer, but after the way I was talked to by their assistant manager, I am done!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. We had an appointment scheduled well in advance, yet we received a call to cancel merely an hour before our slot. Understandably, emergencies happen, but the lack of prior notice was highly inconvenient and showed a disregard for our time. When we finally managed to reschedule and visited the groomer, the situation didn't improve. Instead of receiving an apology or understanding for the inconvenience caused, the manager greeted us with rudeness and insensitivity. It was insinuated that somehow the cancellation and the ensuing hassle were our fault, which is absurd and unprofessional.The lack of empathy, poor customer service, and unprofessionalism displayed by the management have left a sour taste in our mouths. We went in hoping for a pleasant experience for our pet but left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience and would advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their pet grooming needs.

I had a fantastic experience at "Bark If You're Dirty"! The staff was exceptionally patient, friendly, and gentle with my dog They took their time, ensuring thorough and caring grooming. I highly recommend their services!

I love coming here and so does my dog Lucy. It's very easy to schedule appointments over the phone and the team members are always so friendly and accommodating. Kasey is wonderful and does such a great job with my pup Lucy. Grooming can be quite the traumatizing experience for dogs at least for mine lol but here she feels safe and cared for. Definitely recommend. :)
