“The entire staff was all around pleasant and very gentle with my fur baby Shug who was very ill. I didn't have an appointment and was still seen within 5 minutes of being there. They treated Shug and made sure I had everything I needed with good directions on how and when to administer. The whole visit maybe took 25 mins and my Shug left feeling 100× better than he had in days. And the price was very doable and budget friendly. “Phenomenal staff…everyone is so unbelievably kind and loving. We typically see Dr. Schneider and she goes above and beyond to care for my dog, as if he was her own. All other vets and vet techs I’ve interacted with have been empathetic, friendly and caring. I am so grateful that this office is just down the road from me but would continue to travel to this location if I ever moved. Would recommend to anyone in the valley needing a new vet.”
“Best shelter in the Phoenix area! I have adopted 3 wonderful kitties from here and it will always be my first choice. The staff takes time to interact with the animals on a daily basis. They provide you with any information they have on the animals- even if it's the not so great stuff we don't wanna hear. Just an awesome place! “Few years ago, we had to put down our boxer and the person who came over was unpleasant to say the least. Today, unfortunately we had to put down our second four legged baby, JJ. Dr. Fixler and his team are amazing! It was like having a family member come over, be compassionate and absolutely lovely! He explained the process, gave us time to say the goodbyes and then completed everything is a slow and caring way. As hard as it was to let go of our little man, Dr. Fixler eased that pain!!”
“Our old "scrapper" of a cat had not been doing well. Took him to see Dr. Pan and she explained the recommended treatment program. He's already feeling better and we've only been home for an hour! Highly recommend Desert View Animal Hospital. Dr. Pan is the absolute best!”
“The folks at Norterra PetVet saved my dog's life. He had an acute splenal torsion that was life threatening, and would have killed my otherwise healthy, 5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. They helped identify what was wrong and immediately get him to a hospital in Peoria for a blood transfusion. He is now at home and in recovery. Thank you guys so much.”

“I took my pet two weeks ago for having very bad allergies in between his feet and face honestly was very paranoid because they constantly open up of how much he would scratch.
Thankfully I called to this veterinary and called the same day and where able to see him the same day which honestly surprised me cause other places make you wait at least 2-3 days for an appointment. All of the staff was very friendly and very professional and took very good care of my dog.”

I’ve been taking my lil chihuahua here for palliative care because the other veterinary place kept telling me I needed to put my dog to sleep. Dr. Jensen has been offering Sunny his palliative care for over a year now and he is doing wonderful. No need to shop around, this place is the best! “Our horse needed a lameness exam. (Rope horse). Dr. Vidal did a very thorough work up and outlined a plan of care to.follow. All the staff were friendly and comfortable working with horses. Worth the 75 min drive to get an expert opinion. Fingers crossed our horse recovers.”

“Dr Westphal is a one of a kind veterinarian in the valley that is hard to find. She deserves more than 5 stars.
She loves and cares your fary child. She spends time and listens to your pets needs, and is not just running her business. We have followed her from a couple previous clinics even though we don't live close by to her current clinic. It is worth the drive to see her even if it is a bit far from us. We have our senior, 15 years, and a 3 years old dog, under her care. No matter what kind of challenges with our senior dog, she always can come through for him. We trust Dr westpal with all our heart . Thank you for everything. We knew that it would be hard to be apart from this wonderful doctor from our first visit. “I've been volunteering for this clinic for years. I'm still getting used to the new setup.
I really like the way that the day is broken up with vaccines in the morning, and low cost vet clinic in the afternoon. The vets are very nice, and so are the techs. They are very knowledgeable.
I love that i can come here every 3 years and get the FVRCP, FeLV, and rabies vaccines for $50. I typically take my cats elsewhere for their yearly vaccines, but the AAWL Community Vet Clinic has a better price for the combo. Thanks!!”
