They scheduled my appointment for 5:55 PM. I was running a little behind because of an accident on the 10. I didn’t arrive until 6:03 PM. They said the doctor had already left. The doctor leaves at 6 o’clock. What establishment with schedule an appointment five minutes before the doctor leaves. And you’re telling me that a doctor cleaned up, packed up and left within three minutes. Now there is no appointments available and I have to get my dog his second booster a vaccines within a certain timeframe or we have to start the whole process over again.

Vets looked at our Staffordshire Terrier, got him his shots and stuff not much on food selections. Found a nice toy but squeaker went out some time ago

What a disappointing and frustrating experience. Prior to coming in store, communication was great but it was a totally different experience in person. Although I had an appointment and was 10 minutes early, I had to wait in a line for 30 minutes to essentially check in with someone (although I already did that online). I was then placed in another line that I waited another 30 minutes in. I was then told that they could not give my cats their vaccine because I mentioned that I "suspected" that my cat MIGHT have ringworm, which I also told the person who checked us in. There was no mention that this would be an issue upon check in and the vet wouldn't even look at his skin to determine if it actually looked like or was ringworm. I understand that if my cat has confirmed ringworm why no vaccine would be given. I'm just frustrated that there wasn't better communication and organization early on in the process so that I wouldn't have wasted my time.
